💳 Reservation & Deposit Policy

Your reservation is not confirmed until your deposit has been successfully processed. Submitting the booking form alone does not secure your spot.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for payment processing. During this time, pricing and availability may change without notice. To secure the best available rate, deposits should be submitted promptly.

All deposits are non refundable and non transferable.

📅 Payment Requirements

Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation active. Partial payments are accepted; however, failure to make at least one payment each month may result in cancellation of your booking.

Final payment must be paid in full by the stated deadline on your invoice.

A valid passport is required for international travel and must remain valid for at least six months beyond your return date.

Traveler names must match exactly as shown on government issued identification and passports.

Guests are responsible for all travel requirements including passports, visas, testing requirements, and destination entry regulations.
