We’ll stand in front of powerful waterfalls, walk along black sand beaches, take in glacier views, unwind in geothermal spa waters, and explore landscapes that feel almost unreal, all at a relaxed, enjoyable pace with time to truly take it in.

All pricing, payments, agreements, and travel services for this journey are provided in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are processed through U.S.-based systems.

Your 6-Day Iceland Adventure
Our journey begins as you arrive in Keflavík, where seamless group transfers take us into the heart of Reykjavík and your centrally located 4-star hotel. After settling in, well head out for a short introduction to the city, taking in its charm and colorful streets before making our way to the Pearl Observation Deck for sweeping panoramic views.
As the evening sets in, well gather for a warm and welcoming dinner at our beautiful hotel restaurant, meeting the women we will be sharing this experience with and beginning what will quickly feel like something special.
Tonight, you will rest comfortably in your accommodations in Reykjavík, easing into the journey ahead.

After we enjoy breakfast at our hotel our day unfolds through some of Iceland’s most iconic landscapes as you explore Þingvellir National Park, witness the bubbling geothermal energy of Geysir, and stand before the powerful beauty of Gullfoss waterfall. Along the way, the scenery opens into sweeping farmlands and peaceful countryside, offering a glimpse into the quieter side of Iceland.
Midday brings one of the most memorable experiences of the journey, a stop at Fridheimar Tomato & Horse Farm, where we will enjoy a fresh, greenhouse-grown lunch of their signature tomato soup and warm baked bread.
As the afternoon winds down, well continue through the scenic south to your hotel near Hella. The evening is relaxed and easy, with a group dinner at the hotel restaurant, and time to unwind, connect, and settle into the rhythm of the journey.

Day 3 | South Shore
After breakfast at the hotel, the day begins as you head along Iceland’s stunning South Shore, where each turn reveals something new. You’ll pass through scenic farmlands and dramatic coastal landscapes before arriving at some of Iceland’s most iconic sights, including Seljalandsfoss and Skogafoss waterfalls, the Myrdalsjokull glacier area, and the striking black sand beach of Reynisfjara.
Along the way, you’ll step into Iceland’s history with a visit to the Skogar Folk Museum, adding a deeper connection to the landscapes you’re experiencing.
You’ll have time to enjoy lunch on your own before continuing the journey east to your hotel in Vik, where you’ll settle in. The evening wraps up with a relaxed group dinner at the hotel restaurant, sharing stories from the day and taking in the quiet beauty of Iceland.

Day 4 | Glacial Sand Plains
After breakfast at the hotel, the journey continues east across vast glacial sand plains, where the landscape feels almost otherworldly. As you enter the southern region of Vatnajökull National Park, the scenery becomes even more dramatic, with towering glaciers and sweeping views in every direction.
You’ll arrive at the breathtaking Jökulsárlón Glacial Lagoon, where icebergs drift quietly across the water, followed by a walk along Diamond Beach, where fragments of ice glisten against the black sand. Along the way, you’ll also take in the beauty of Svinafellsjökull and the immense Vatnajökull glacier.
One of the day’s most unforgettable moments awaits as you board a boat and glide among the icebergs, experiencing the lagoon from a completely different perspective.
After our amazing day exploring, and lunch on your own, we will arrive at our last hotel in the country, in the town of Kirkjubæjarklaustur, where dinner awaits at our country hotel restaurant, and the evening offers a chance to relax and take in everything you’ve experienced.

Day 5 | Scenic Coastline
After breakfast at the hotel, you set out along Iceland’s scenic coastline, where rugged cliffs, open ocean views, and volcanic landscapes define the Reykjanes Peninsula. Along the way, you’ll pass through the geothermal village of Hveragerði, where the earth quietly reminds you of the energy beneath your feet, before continuing through some of the country’s most dramatic coastal scenery.
The pace slows as you arrive at the Blue Lagoon, where you’ll step into warm, mineral-rich waters surrounded by lava fields. With a towel, silica mud mask, and a refreshing drink in hand, this becomes a moment to truly unwind and take it all in.
After time for lunch on your own and our amazing experiences for the day, well return to Reykjavík, where the journey comes full circle. In the evening, you’ll gather for a memorable farewell dinner at a local restaurant, celebrating the experiences shared, the places explored, and the connections made along the way.
Tonight, you’ll settle into your stay in Reykjavík, reflecting on a journey that feels like so much more than just a trip.

Day 6 | Farewell
After one final breakfast together, the morning is filled with shared laughter, favorite memories, and reflections on the journey we’ve experienced together. Stories of waterfalls, glaciers, volcanic landscapes, and the quiet in-between moments are exchanged as our Iceland adventure begins to come to a close.
We’ll have free time to enjoy Reykjavík at our own pace in the morning. Wander through the charming streets, browse local boutiques and cafés, schedule a relaxing massage, or enjoy one final geothermal soak at the Sky Lagoon.
Later, our private group transfer will take us to the airport for our journey home. While the trip may be ending, the memories, friendships, and moments shared throughout Iceland tend to stay with you long after you return home.

What Time Does the Tours Start Each Day:
This is one of our top questions. Most days begin at a relaxed pace, with departures typically between 8:30 and 9:00 AM. So enjoy your breakfast before your busy day exploring.
Because Iceland's breathtaking landscapes are spread throughout the country, we'll be staying in several different regions of Iceland and will enjoy a new hotel experience each evening. You'll spend your days exploring waterfalls, glaciers, black sand beaches, and scenic countryside with guided touring, beautiful drives, and thoughtfully planned stops along the way.
Most days wrap up around 4:30 to 5:00 PM, allowing time to unwind before dinner. On occasion, a day may start a bit earlier or run slightly later depending on the day’s experiences.
This is a thoughtfully paced journey, so you won’t have to worry about the frequent early 7:00 AM starts often found on larger group tours.
What is the weather like in June:
- Hand-selected 4-star and boutique accommodations throughout Iceland
- Airport (round trip) group transfers in destination
- Private coach transportation and hotel porterage for one standard sized suite case and one small carry-on per person
- Daily breakfast, a special lunch at the Fridheimar Tomato & Horse Farm, and all dinners are included, including our Welcome and Farewell evenings, so you can simply relax and enjoy each day without thinking about where to go next. Dinners will be in our hotel or local restaurant.

Flights are not included. We recommend departing on the evening of Saturday, June 19, with an arrival into Keflavik International Airport (KEF) on Sunday, June 20th by approximately 9:00 AM to take full advantage of the included group transfers. April is happy to assist with recommended flight options from your home airport to help align arrival times with the group for a seamless start to the journey.

Group Size & Experience
This privately hosted women’s journey requires a minimum of 18 travelers and will be capped at 28 to maintain a comfortable, connected experience.
Deposits & Payments
A $50 reservation fee is required at the time of registration to secure your spot. This amount will be applied toward your final balance.
Once your registration is confirmed the $500 deposit will be due to confirm your booking.
Final payment is due March 29, 2027
Cancellation Policy
- 150–76 days prior to departure: $300 per person, plus any applicable airline fees
- 75–46 days prior to departure: 80% of the land package
- 45 days or less prior to departure: 100% of the land package
Please note, a $100 per person agency cancellation fee will apply to any cancellation made after the initial deposit has been paid.
If a traveler cancels and their roommate is then required to occupy the room alone, a single supplement may apply.
Travel Insurance (Required)
Travel insurance is required for this journey to protect your investment and provide peace of mind before and during your travels.
The tour operator’s recommended policy is approximately 8.7% of your land package. You may also secure coverage independently, as long as it meets the necessary requirements. April can also assist you with alternative options.
To be eligible for pre-existing condition coverage, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of your initial deposit.
A copy of your travel insurance policy, including coverage details, must be submitted no later than March 29, 2027 and shall remain in effect during travel.
Travel Requirements
A valid passport is required for this journey and must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date.
The European Entry/Exit System (EES) will be completed upon arrival. This system digitally records entry and exit into the Schengen Area and replaces traditional passport stamps. No action is required prior to travel.
ETIAS pre-travel authorization will be required once officially implemented.
April will provide guidance and assist with this process closer to your travel date.
Roommate Matching
If you are traveling solo and would like to share a room, simply select “roommate needed” on your registration form.
We will do our best to match you with a compatible traveler. While we aim to create great pairings, roommate matching is not guaranteed.
Activity Level
This journey is considered light to moderate activity. Guests should be comfortable walking on uneven terrain, standing for periods of time, and getting on and off the motorcoach, throughout the day. We also have a boat experiece. Must be able to enter and exit without assistance.
Wheelchairs, walkers and mobility scooters are not able to be accommodated on this tour.
Dietary Needs
Restaurants in Iceland can typically accommodate dietary needs with advance notice.
Please include any allergies or dietary preferences on your registration form so we can share them with our partners. While every effort will be made, accommodations cannot be guaranteed at every location.
Cancellations & Changes
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Additional fees from third-party providers, such as airlines, may apply.
As part of the experience, we’ll host two pre-trip group calls prior to departure.
These calls are designed to help you feel fully prepared for the journey ahead while also creating connection before we ever step foot in Iceland. We’ll review important travel details, discuss what to expect throughout the itinerary, answer questions, and give everyone an opportunity to meet the incredible women joining the experience.
