Room Costs
Example: A couple (double) stays 3 nights in the Jr. Suite Garden View room, their cost is $750 per person. If they stay 4 nights, their cost is $1,000 per person.
Example: A single (solo) guest stays 3 nights in the Jr. Suite Garden View room, their cost is $1,170 per person. If they stay 4 nights, their cost is $1,560 per person.

- Children 0-2 are free.
- Children 3-12 are $70 per child, per night.

Purchasing Travel Insurance?

Cancellation policy:
The $100 per person deposit is non-refundable. The cost of travel protection insurance is non-refundable. We strongly recommend that each guest purchase Trip Protection from Just Book It Travel, however travel protection can be purchased from any trusted supplier. Final balances are due November 15, 2022. All rooms are non-refundable and under 100% cancellation following November 15, 2022 and any applicable refunds must be requested from your travel protection supplier. Any refunds prior to the final balance due date are charged a 5% merchant processing fee.
Payment Flexibility:
- Any payments made between reservation day and the final balance due date are optional.
- As a convenience, all guests will receive a monthly payment schedule with automated (optional) monthly payment reminders. This is not auto-pay. (Your card is never automatically charged.)
- Guests can make optional partial payments at anytime, as long as the final balance is paid by the final balance due date.

Cancel For Any Reason Travel protection ensures that travelers receive a refund of 75-100% of their insured non-refundable and pre-paid trip costs if they choose to cancel their trip for any reason.
All cancellation fees are non-refundable and are only reimbursed via reimbursement from a travel protection plan. If you choose not to purchase travel protection, cancellation fees are your responsibility.
The plan either covers 100% reimbursement (for "covered cancellations") or 75% (for all other cancellations) reimbursement.
