Important Dates to Remember: 
  • February 28, 2024  - Deposit due to reserve a package
  • March 15, 2024 - first payment due
  • April 15, 2024 - second payment due
  • May 15, 2024 - all trip packages must be paid in full
 

Cancellation & Refund Terms and Conditions:

By reserving a trip package from Fabulous Memories Travel, LLC, you acknowledge and are aware that cancellations made before May 15, 2024 are entitled to a refund based on the hotel policies.  Due to our contractual agreements with the hotels and other vendors, all deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the reason, with no exceptions.  If you have purchased travel insurance, your policy should cover trip cancellation fees. 

What's not included in the package:

Flights. Flights are not included and should be purchased on your own flying into Buffalo Airport (BUF).  We encourage you to book a flight that arrives at Buffalo, NY before 4:00 pm.  However, regardless of your flight arrival time, we will provide a roundtrip airport shuttle to accommodate your flight schedule.   We do ask that you provide us with your flight information.
 
Airline fee.  Any fees associated with flights (i.e., baggage fees, seat fees, change fees)
 
Travel Insurance. Travel insurance is not included and must be purchased on your own.  We partner with Allianz, but you can select the provider of your choice. Travel insurance may cover non-refundable travel expenses. Travelers have the option to Accept or Decline travel insurance.  If you choose to Accept, you must purchase your travel insurance plan within 14 days of making your deposit. You will be contacted directly by the travel advisor. 
 
Gratuities. Tips for drivers and tips for tour operators are not included and are at your discretion.  A tip of 10% to 20% is recommended.
 
Optional tours. Some optional tours have been selected and are available for purchase in the Extra Options section below. 
 
Personal expenses. All personal expenses are at your discretion.

This guestroom is a two-room suite that has a partial view of the Falls and includes two queen beds.  The resort is 300 meters from Horseshoe Falls and next to the Falls Incline Railway. 

Clifton Hill is a five-minute drive.  On-site dining is offered at an onsite restaurant.  The hotel has a Starbucks®, an evening reception with complimentary drinks and snacks, and a free made-to-order buffet breakfast.

 

This package price is per person, based on two people staying in one room. All packages must be paid in full by May 15, 2024.
