  2. Travel Insurance
  3. Gratuities for tour guides, bus drivers, etc. (suggested $10 per day for tour guide, $5 per day for driver) 
  4. Items of personal nature
  5. Airport transfers
  6. Lunches unless specifically mentioned as being included.
  7. Alcoholic beverages
  8. Any excursions recommended by the tour guide

Cancellation policy:

Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email  your cancellation request to cynthia@seitztravel.com with your invoice number, full name, and date of  travel. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours, please call 985-991-6178 to ensure  your information was received.  

All payments made to Seitz Travel LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable.  It is strongly advised that you purchase travel insurance offered during the booking process in order to protect your vacation purchase.
