- Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government-issued identification
- Traveling to Cabo San Lucas requires a passport valid for six months beyond your travel dates. Please take a look at your passport right now to be sure it does not expire on or before November 9th, 2025 .
- Refunds will not be provided for expired passports.

- When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. If you choose the monthly payment plan, you will receive monthly notices when your payment is due.

Monthly payment plan is available and all payments are made through a protected invoicing system. Payments are not taken out automatically, so please allow 24-72 hours for your payment to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation.
- You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
- Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel.
- Please be mindful that we suggest and recommend all attendees should arrive into Cabo San Lucas on May 8th, 2025, before 5pm.
- Once you purchase your flight please be sure to send a copy of the confirmation information via email (bookwithdanielle@elitexpeditions.com) or text message (913-735-5344) to ensure airport transfer are completed to avoid any issues at the airport when arriving or the hotel when departing.

Cancellation policy
You can cancel for any reason a minimum of 2 hours prior to original scheduled departure time as indicated in your travel documents or no later than 9AM ET the day of arrival for hotel-only bookings. When you purchase the vacation protection, all applicable cancellation charges [does not include change fees or reduced deposit plan fees] as per your Terms and Conditions contract will be refunded in the form of a voucher minus the vacation protection plan cost.
Voucher Information:
- Vouchers are issued in the original names of the passengers on the booking at the time of cancellation.
- The vouchers are non-transferable and name changes will not be accepted.
- Passengers have one year from original date of travel to rebook and travel using their voucher toward another package to any (Vacation Express) destination via your travel agent.
- Vacation protection can be repurchased when rebooking your vacation with the original voucher, however your original voucher's expiration date will not change in the event you have to cancel your trip again.
- Under no circumstances does the vacation protection allow for a full or partial cash refund, nor can it be extended.
