Terms & Conditions
This Payment Authorization Terms & Conditions Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between 7 Seas Travel Agency (“the Agency”) and the undersigned client (“you” or “the Client”). By authorizing payment, you accept and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Authorization of Payment
You hereby authorize 7 Seas Travel Agency to charge the credit card or bank account indicated on the accompanying invoice for the amount specified. This payment is for travel services as described in the invoice.
2. Non-Refundable Payment Terms
All payments made to 7 Seas Travel Agency are non-refundable in accordance with the Agency’s payment and cancellation policies. In certain cases, payments may be refundable as per these policies; however, deposits are generally non-refundable regardless of circumstances. By proceeding with payment, you confirm understanding and acceptance of these terms.
3. No Payment Disputes
By signing this agreement and authorizing payment, you certify that you are an authorized user of the indicated credit card or bank account. You agree not to dispute the payment with your credit card company or bank, provided the transaction aligns with the terms indicated on the invoice and this Agreement.
4. Liability Release
7 Seas Travel Agency acts solely as an intermediary between you and the travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, transportation services, etc.) and cannot be held liable for any issues or claims related to these services, including but not limited to cancellations, delays, injuries, losses, accidents, or other incidents that may occur during your travel. You agree that 7 Seas Travel Agency is not responsible for any actions, omissions, or events that may occur outside its direct control.
5. Amendments
7 Seas Travel Agency reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. It is the responsibility of the Client to review these terms prior to making any payment.
By completing the payment authorization, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined above and fully release 7 Seas Travel Agency from any liability, loss, or harm, acknowledging that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms
