1. Acceptance of Terms:By booking a trip with Destinations Select Travel Agency  located in Fargo  ND ("the Agency"), you ("the Client") acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
 
2. Booking and Payment:A non-refundable deposit, as specified at the time of booking, is required to secure your reservation. Full payment is due by the date indicated on your invoice. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received. Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of your booking.
 
3. Cancellation and Refunds:Client Cancellation:Cancelations are subject to fees specified on the trip information page. All fees are final. These cancellation fees cover supplier cancellation fees incurred by Destinations Select Travel Agency.Agency Cancellation:The Agency reserves the right to cancel a trip for any reason, including but not limited to, insufficient participation, unforeseen circumstances, force majeure events (such as natural disasters, political instability, or pandemics), lack of sales, adverse weather conditions, or any other condition that, in the Agency’s sole discretion, may affect the safety, comfort, or viability of the trip.In the event of cancellation by the Agency, the Client will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule the trip.The agency is not liable for any additional expenses incurred by the client due to cancelation of travel.Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 business days.
 
4. Travel Documents and Insurance:The Client is responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents. The Agency strongly recommends that the Client purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, medical expenses, and baggage loss. The Agency is not responsible for issues arising from the Client's failure to obtain necessary travel documents or insurance.
 
5. Limitation of Liability:The Client acknowledges that travel involves inherent risks, including accidents, injuries, illnesses, and delays. The Client releases the Agency, its employees, suppliers, representatives, and operators from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from participation in the trip, regardless of cause, including negligence. The Agency acts as an agent for suppliers and is not responsible for their acts or omissions. The Agency is not liable for property loss, itinerary changes, or schedules made by suppliers. The Client assumes all travel-related risks.
6. Itinerary Changes:The Agency may modify itineraries, accommodations, or transportation arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances or supplier changes, and will make reasonable efforts to provide comparable alternatives.
 
7. Client Responsibilities:The Client agrees to abide by all applicable laws and regulations, respect local customs and cultures, and follow the instructions of Agency representatives and suppliers.
 
8. Medical and Health:The Client is responsible for their fitness to participate and must disclose any medical conditions. The Agency is not responsible for medical expenses incurred during the trip.
 
9. Force Majeure:The Agency is not liable for performance delays caused by force majeure events, including acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, or pandemics.
 
10. Governing Law:These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Fargo, ND.
 
11. Entire Agreement:These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Agency, superseding all prior agreements. This document covers me and all people in my party.12. Amendments:The Agency may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, with amendments posted on the Agency's website or provided to the Client in writing.
 
I AUTHORIZE DESTINATIONS SELECT TRAVEL AGENCY TO CHARGE MY CARD HEREIN THE FULL AMOUNT AND AUTHORIZE ALL FINAL PAYMENTS. CHARGES MAY SHOW AS DESTINATIONS SELECT, TRAVELJOY, OR BE FROM OTHER APPROVED SUPPLIERS.
