By submitting a deposit or payment toward this trip, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Divas Destinations Signature Experience Fee

Your reservation includes Divas Destinations planning, reservation management, payment coordination, supplier communication, itinerary planning, hosted group coordination, and pre-travel support.

A $150 Divas Destinations Signature Experience / Planning & Concierge Fee per reservation applies and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Reservations, Pricing & Payments

Reservations are not confirmed until the required deposit has been received and accepted by Vacation Express.

Pricing and availability are subject to change until your deposit is processed. Once confirmed, pricing may still be adjusted for supplier-imposed taxes, fees, fuel surcharges, government charges, or other increases outside the control of Divas Destinations.

Monthly payment plans are available. Your TravelJoy invoice will show your payment schedule and final payment deadline.

Travelers are responsible for monitoring and making all payments on time, even when automatic reminders are provided.

Late Payments

Late payment extensions are not guaranteed and must be requested in writing before the final payment deadline.

If Vacation Express or another supplier permits an extension or reinstatement after the required deadline, a $100 Divas Destinations Late Payment Administrative Fee per reservation will apply, in addition to any supplier fees or penalties.

Travel Protection

Divas Destinations strongly recommends travel protection.

Vacation Express offers several protection options with different cancellation, medical, trip interruption, baggage, and delay benefits.

Travelers are responsible for reviewing the applicable policy, eligibility requirements, deadlines, exclusions, and coverage before purchasing.

Travelers who decline protection accept responsibility for any non-refundable payments, cancellation penalties, medical expenses, or other losses not covered by a supplier.

Cancellations & Refunds

The $150 Divas Destinations Signature Experience / Planning & Concierge Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

All vacation package cancellations are governed by the policies of Vacation Express, Royalton CHIC Antigua, and any other suppliers associated with the reservation.

Supplier cancellation penalties may increase as the travel date approaches.

A $25 Divas Destinations Cancellation Processing Fee per reservation applies to voluntary cancellations and is separate from the $150 planning fee and all supplier penalties.

Any refund or future travel credit will be determined by the applicable supplier and/or travel protection policy.

Administrative Fees

Divas Destinations fees for this trip include:

• Signature Experience / Planning & Concierge Fee — $150 per reservation
• Cancellation Processing Fee — $25 per reservation
• Late Payment Administrative Fee — $100 per reservation
• Name Change Administrative Fee — $100 per person, plus supplier fees

Names & Travel Documents

Reservations must be made in the traveler’s full legal name exactly as it appears on their passport.

Name changes or corrections are subject to supplier approval and may incur a $100 Divas Destinations Name Change Administrative Fee per person, plus any Vacation Express or supplier charges.

Travelers are responsible for obtaining all required passports, visas, and travel documents.

Divas Destinations is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, or additional costs caused by incorrect or missing travel documents.

Airfare & Airport Transfers

Unless specifically included in your package, airfare is not included.

Travelers booking their own airfare are responsible for choosing flights that coordinate with scheduled airport transfers and group activities.

Divas Destinations is not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, missed connections, schedule changes, baggage issues, or additional expenses caused by independently booked airfare.

If airport transfers are included, travelers must provide accurate flight information by the required deadline.

Hosted Activities & Itinerary Changes

Divas Destinations hosted activities and group experiences are subject to change due to weather, vendor availability, transportation issues, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control.

No refund will be issued by Divas Destinations for missed activities due to late arrival, illness, personal scheduling conflicts, or voluntary non-participation.

Optional excursions and add-ons may have their own non-refundable terms and cancellation policies.

Traveler Conduct

Travelers are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior toward fellow guests, resort staff, suppliers, and Divas Destinations representatives.

Disruptive, abusive, illegal, or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from group activities without refund.

Photography & Media

Photos and videos may be taken during the trip for Divas Destinations marketing and promotional purposes.

Travelers who do not wish to appear in promotional content should notify Divas Destinations in writing before departure.

Supplier Responsibility & Force Majeure

Divas Destinations acts as an independent travel advisor and intermediary and does not own or control Vacation Express, Royalton CHIC Antigua, airlines, transportation companies, excursion providers, or other third-party suppliers.

Divas Destinations is not responsible for supplier delays, cancellations, mechanical failures, severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, labor disruptions, civil unrest, or other circumstances outside our control.

Any refund, credit, or rescheduling option resulting from these events will be governed by the applicable supplier’s policies.

Payment Authorization & Acceptance

By submitting payment, you authorize Divas Destinations to process approved payments associated with your reservation.

You agree to contact Divas Destinations regarding billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

By submitting your deposit or any subsequent payment, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions, the $150 non-refundable Signature Experience / Planning & Concierge Fee, applicable Divas Destinations administrative fees, and the terms of Vacation Express and other applicable suppliers.
