Initial Deposits
This vacation package includes round trip flights from Charlotte, NC, all-inclusive resort accommodations, airport transfers, and PreDeparture Travel Insurance in the event you need to cancel due to unforeseen events.
- Deposit Due at Booking - To secure this rate, there is a $300 deposit due per person at the time of booking by ALL room occupants. Prices are subject to change, but to lock in your flight times and rates, deposits must be received, otherwise you may be placed on a later flight (which may acquire additional fees).

Itinerary:
Day 1 - Friday, February 13, 2026:
- Arrive in St. Maarten at Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM). After clearing customs, you will locate the shuttle that will provide transportation for your group to Sonesta Maho Beach Resort. If rooms are ready, you can check in. If not, still check in and bags can be stored. Unpack, wind down a bit, familiarize yourself with the resort and enjoy dinner at a restaurant of your choice.
Day 2 & 3 - Saturday, February 14th - Sunday, February 15, 2026:
- Grab breakfast at the resort and partake in an off-site excursion. Examples: Speedboat and snorkeling tour, ziplining, ATVs or swimming with the turtles, etc.
- Travel back to the resort and enjoy any of the amenities and surrounding fun.
- Sunday: Your final day at the resort. Get a couples massage or spa treatment $$. Pack in preparation for tomorrow and enjoy any of the amenities that you may not have taken advantage of throughout the week. Your group can gather for group photos and/or a farewell group dinner.
Day 4 -Monday, February 16, 2026:
- All great things must come to an end. Awaken early enough to enjoy a hot breakfast and mimosas. Make sure that you're ready to depart from the resort on time so that you may catch your scheduled flight departing from Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM).

I acknowledge and agree to all Terms and Conditions, including the Cancellation Policy of Keep It Moving Travels, as outlined by the travel consultant at the time of booking. I understand that I have been strongly advised to purchase a Travel Insurance Protection Package to safeguard my investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances. I further understand that all payments made through Keep It Moving Travels are non-refundable and non-transferable (unless otherwise stated), in accordance with contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other travel vendors who do not permit refunds.
