How to Book Your Room

Step 1: Select your room
Step 2: Choose the number of travelers and select your travel dates
Step 3: Review and click Continue to Traveler Info
Step 4: Enter passenger details and agree to the terms & conditions
Step 5: Submit deposit payment authorization

Once your deposit has been authorized, you will receive a confirmation email within 24–72 hours along with a travel insurance quote.

  • Shared roundtrip airport transfers between Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) and Dreams Playa Esmeralda are available to be added to your package at a cost of $102.00 per person (Please note: shared transfers are available for flights arriving and departing between 11AM and 3:30PM local time.  Guests travelling outside of this time frame will need to upgrade to a private transfer, which is available at an additional cost)
  • Private roundtrip airport transfers between Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) and Dreams Playa Esmeralda are available  at a cost of $458 per vehicle for up to 6 travelers, once your flights have been booked.  All guests sharing a private transfer must be booked on the same flight.  We recommend travelling together when possible to make this a convenient and cost-effective option.

  • Travel insurance (A quote will be provided once your room is confirmed, however if you'd like to review coverage options with our partner WorldTrips, please click here).

  • Incidentals at the resort (a major credit card may be requested at check-in for incidentals)

 
 Deposit & Payment Information

  • Deposit Due: $150.00 per person by January 15, 2026

  • Final Balance: Due by October 23, 2026

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Initial deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • After the final payment date, the trip is 100% non-refundable.

Modifications

  • Changes requested after the group’s final payment date will incur a $100.00 per room fee (refundable if the request cannot be accommodated by the supplier).
