Oahu, which is of volcanic origin, is the third largest of the Hawaiian Islands, occupying an area of 597 square miles (1,546 square km), and supports the greatest number of people. Two parallel mountain groups, the Koolau and Waianae ranges, are connected by a central plateau.

Booking Instructions:
If you are booking for double occupancy, you can book one of two ways:
• Select your desired package
• Fill out the Registration form
- Pay your deposit
ROOMMATES:
Note: If your roommate cancels last minute and you are unable to find a replacement, you are responsible for the additional charge to switch from double to single occupancy. Prices vary based on room category selected.
Also, if your roommate cancels, YOU are responsible for getting a new roommate or the price difference to change the room from double to single occupancy.

- Flight transportation (Round Trip) to/from Long Beach to Honolulu, Hawaii
- Ground transportation to/from airport to hotel (Once in Hawaii)
- 4 Night Hotel stay
- All taxes and fees
What's not included:
- Meals(this is not an all-inclusive resort)
- Travel Protection/Insurance
Travel insurance is HIGHLY recommended in the event that you are unable to make the trip.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
There may be private events for this group. Any bookings or reservations made outside of this group may conflict with the groups projected itinerary.
PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION
PAYMENT INFORMATION: There is a convenience fee on every payment charged to cover processing fees.
PRICE: Price listed is PER PERSON!
DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS:
A deposit is due at the time of reservation. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. All reservations (except where specified) will require a deposit and will be clearly noted the amount due and monthly payment plan. In cases where the full balance is paid upfront the no refund policy will still apply.
CANCELLATION:
Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. (within 30 days of booking) Email your cancellation request to webstartravellife@gmail.com with your full name, and date of travel. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours, please call 562-485-1380 to ensure your information was received. As refunds are not available travel insurance is highly advised and recommended throughout the registration check-out process.
FEES:
Any room or occupancy changes like double to single should be communicated to Web Star
Travel prior to July 12th, 2023, anytime after a fee will be assessed. In addition, any request for an extension after final payment, if granted, will incur a $100 late fee per person.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
Once deposit is received, payments are monthly unless balance is paid in full. Also, you have the option of enabling autopay for your monthly payments to auto deduct out of your account.
Note:
Prices are subject to change without notice and based on availability. Once a deposit is made, the current price will be locked in. Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Due to contractual obligation between Web Star Travel and its Hotel Vendors there are no refunds of any kind.
Payment Plan:
Guest will be placed on a monthly payment plan of equal amounts starting on the date agreed indicated by Web Star Travel.
Travel Insurance:
It is strongly recommended to purchase Travel Insurance. Please make note that premiums are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Harmless:
I agree and fully understand that Web Star Travel offers retail services to customers which are provided by separate and independent vendors of travel services Web StarTravel does not operate, control, or otherwise provide the services of the independent travel vendor. Web Star Travel is not responsible for any damages, direct or consequential, which may arise as a result of acts of God, social or labor unrest, war, political or national strike, terrorist activities, mechanical failures, climate conditions, or any other actions or omissions beyond the control of Web Star Travel.
Travel Documents:
Each traveler is responsible for verifying their personal information before payment is applied. All documentation requirements for passport, visa, vaccination, or other travel requirements for the destinations of travel are the responsibility of the traveler. All travelers should review requirements well in advance of travel to ensure compliance. Travelers who do not meet these requirements will be denied international travel, as well as flight access internationally. Web Star Travel is not responsible for providing documentation and vaccination information.
Photographic Release:
Web Star Travel may take photographs or video of its trips and trip participants grant Web Star Travel permission to do so. Trip participants grant Web Star Travel permission to use such videos or images for promotional or commercial use without payment of any compensation to participant.By Signing I am giving authorization to charge my card for all charges listed above. I have been informed of the cancellation policies for travel services and have been made aware of the benefits of travel protection.
