Mary is a Lifestyle Expert and Business Coach specializing in mindset, nutrition, fitness and social media.  Mary combines her experiences in fitness and coaching to bring her unique approach to her classes and client conversations.  As an entrepreneur, mother, fitness professional, coach and podcaster, Mary has learned what it takes to truly find harmony with it all while living a fulfilled life.  Mary enjoys developing and nurturing a community of like-minded people who are a light to each other and those around them.

Welcome to Rancho Haas, a luxurious beach mansion nestled in the heart of Costa Rica's natural beauty! Your journey begins at Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), where you'll depart for Liberia International Airport (LIR). Our friendly representative will be waiting to greet you and escort you to your villa, approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour away.
 
Your first day is all about settling in and allowing yourself to adjust to the time difference. Take advantage of the hotel amenities and explore the nearby shops and localities.
 
Rancho Haas is a beautifully designed property, surrounded by lush forests, fruit gardens, and breathtaking landscapes. With 13 rooms spread across 5 accommodation areas, the villa can accommodate up to 35 guests in comfort and style. Each room features spacious outdoor living areas and elegant interiors, perfect for unwinding and rejuvenating.
 
Take advantage of the property's many amenities, including an outdoor pool, jacuzzi for 8 people, children's pool, sunbathing chairs, basketball court, synthetic soccer field, playground, gym, BBQ area, two movie theaters, paths and fruit gardens.
 
The professional and dedicated staff will be at your disposal throughout your stay, making your experience truly special. With a full-time 24/7 concierge, private chef, waitress, maids, gardener, and private security, you'll enjoy the ultimate in comfort and service.

Day 2 - Adventure Awaits!

 

Get ready for a day filled with breathtaking experiences and memories to last a lifetime. After a delicious breakfast at the hotel, it's time to hit the road and explore the wonders of Rincon de La Vieja National Park.

 
Located in the Guanacaste Province, this national park is renowned for its natural beauty and thrilling outdoor activities. Take a bus ride to the park and be prepared to be awe-struck by the magnificent landscapes and diverse wildlife.
 
Embark on a journey through the lush jungle, trekking to some of the park's most breathtaking waterfalls and hot springs. Admire the beauty of the Oropendola Waterfall, one of the highest in the country, and immerse yourself in the serenity of nature.
 
For a heart-pumping adventure, soar through the jungle canopy on a thrilling zipline ride. Lunch, snacks, and water will be provided along the way to keep you fueled for the day's activities.
 
After a full day of excitement, return to the Villa for a well-deserved dinner and relaxation. Get ready to capture memories that will adorn your albums, wall frames, and social media for years to come. Don't forget to charge your camera and bring a backup charging device, so you never miss a moment of the magic.

Day 3 - Nourish Your Body & Soul

 

After a full day of adventure, it's time to focus on self-care and rejuvenation. Start your day with a nutritious and delicious breakfast made with fresh, local ingredients.

 
Begin your day with Defend & Flow and Zumba® class, activities designed to improve your flexibility and bring peace to your mind and happiness to your heart. Allow yourself to be pampered with a range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body wraps. The expert masseuses and masseurs will use herbal oils and incense to create a relaxing and rejuvenating atmosphere.
 
Choose from a variety of spa treatments, including massages (included), facials (additional cost), and body wraps (additional cost). The combination of heat stones (additional cost) with massage provides countless physical and mental benefits, helping you release tension and ease tired muscles.
 
Take this time to fully relax and rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul. The day will culminate with a fun-filled pool party, complete with a live band performing popular songs. Enjoy a range of pool activities and games, such as relay races, diving contests, and pool volleyball.
A poolside bar will be serving refreshing mocktails (non-alcoholic drinks) and cocktails (alcoholic drinks), along with snacks and grilled kabobs offering a variety of meats, salads, and sides, including vegetarian options. Soak up the sun, let your hair down, and get ready for an evening of fun and entertainment!

Day 4 -  A Day at the Beach

 

Get ready for a day of adventure and relaxation on the beautiful beaches of Costa Rica! Embark on a leisurely ride to Conchal, located just outside of Tamarindo. Get

 

your adrenaline pumping with an ATV beach-hopping excursion, guided by a local expert who will share valuable insights into the coastal lifestyle.
 
Explore stunning beaches such as Flamingo, Brasilito, and Potrero, and capture memories that will last a lifetime. Take the day to unwind and soak up the tropical surroundings. Swim in the crystal-clear waters, participate in beach activities, and bask in the sun.
Satisfy your taste buds with fresh seafood for lunch and a refreshing Pineapple Pina Colada, available for as low as $15 USD.
 
After a day of relaxation and fun, return to the hotel for dinner and a chance to unwind. Get ready for another day of adventure and rejuvenation!

Day 5 - A Day of Reflection and Celebration

 

Begin your day with a peaceful meditation session, designed to increase your imagination, creativity, patience, and tolerance. This experience will provide a total rejuvenation for your mind and body.
 
Spend the rest of the day at leisure, engaging in activities of your choice. Whether you choose to relax by the pool, explore the surrounding areas, join one of the workshops or classes or simply unwind, this day is all about you.

 

In the evening, gather with your fellow travelers for a farewell dinner at a local restaurant in Los Catalinas. Savor delicious cuisine and toast to the memories of your time at the Villa, complete with an infinity pool and magnificent sunset.
 
Return to the Villa for a final night of relaxation, reflecting on the journey of the past five days and all the lessons learned. Get ready to depart with a refreshed and rejuvenated mind, body, and soul.

Day 6 - Departure

 

Wake up and pack your bags carefully to make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Have a completely satisfying breakfast at the hotel and get transferred to the airport to board a flight home.
End the tour with a lot of happy memories!!

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of cancellation of travel arrangements due to any reasons–we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the time/date we receive your request in writing. Cancellation fees as apply to the land packages and/or services as per the advised cancellation policy at the time of booking with the supplier.  Insurance is included, however, trip must be paid in full to file a claim.

Do U.S. citizens need a visa and a passport to travel? Any other ID or documents needed to travel from the USA besides a passport?

Yes, the passport is always required to travel for US Citizens. Apart from Passport & Visa no other ID is required.

 

What type of Visa is required to travel ?

None

 

Do military or senior citizen discounts apply?

The prices are already discounted and further discounts are not available.

 

Can additional nights be purchased?

Yes, additional nights can be purchased. Pre or Post tour.

 

Do I need to be vaccinated?

No.  However, you will need a PCR test, subject to change closer to trip departure.

 

What if I cancel my trip?

If your trip is canceled or rescheduled for a covered reason before your trip is paid off see cancellation policy.  If your trip has been paid off than you will proceed to file a claim with the insurance, the insurance will reimburse you for your non- refundable trip payments, deposits, cancellation fees, and change fees (less available refunds), up to the maximum benefit for Trip Cancellation Coverage. Please note that this coverage only applies before you have left for your trip.

 

Also, if you prepaid for shared accommodations and your traveling companion cancels their trip due to one or more of the covered reasons listed in your policy, the insurance will reimburse any additional accommodation fees you are required to pay, such as a single supplement fee from a cruise line.
