Itinerary:

  • Day 1: Athens - Arrival and Welcome Dinner (ATH)

     

    • Upon arrival in Athens, Greece, you will be met by our local representative and transferred to your hotel. 

       The remainder of the day is set aside for you to recover.

      Overnight: Athens

  • Meal: Breakfast 

 
  • Day 3: Athens - Mykonos by Ferry

    Breakfast at the hotel.

    After breakfast you will be transported to Piraeus port in the early morning. Take the ferry to Mykonos Island and set started on your journey. Once in Mykonos, be transferred to your hotel. the remainder of the day is yours to enjoy on your own

  • Day 4: Mykonos -  Free Day

  • Day 5: Mykonos - Santorini by Ferry

    Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, then check out and transfer to Mykonos port. Embark on a ferry and sail to Santorini island.

Cancellation Policy

 Cancellation Charges

  • Deposits are non-refundable. However if canceled more than 60 days before the travel date, you can transfer it to another date or trip.
  • If canceled less than 60 days before the trip, Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
 
6 days - Less than 72 hrs or no show - No Refund
7 - 30 days prior to arrival - 70% Refund
31 - 60 days prior to arrival - 40% Refund
 
This policy is due to contractual agreements with hotels, and other vendors that prevent us from obtaining refunds. If you cancel your reservation, the deposit becomes non-refundable. In the event you need to cancel your reservation, you have the ability to sell your spot to another guest. Luxury Escape Travel has negotiated pricing with this vendor and they have strict policy when it comes to refunds. This approach enables us to keep your packages affordable and lets you make monthly payments on time on your vacation. One missed or late payment is subjected to room cancellation

  • Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. 
  • Travel insurance is not included in this package.
  • Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME 
  • Reservations not paid in full by final due date will be cancelled and all monies forfeited.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
  • You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely payments.
Travel Notes: 
  • Traveling abroad require a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. Refunds will not be provided for invalid passports so please ensure your passport is up to date.
  • All prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. 
  • Roommate Matching is available. Roommates will not be matched until after 75% of your reservation total has been made on your invoice.
- A Passport and tourist Visa is required to enter Greece

- Deposit start at $200 per person and is NON-REFUNDABLE 

-Final payment is due no later than May 6, 2026. 

- Room deposit must be PAID to secure your reservation and prices and room availability are subject to change until deposit is paid.

- All travel documents will be sent 30 days prior to departure. 

-Airport code is: ATH

* Name changes are allowed with a $25 fee up until the final payment date 

* Payments must be made on time 

* There is a 3.5% credit card processing fee

* Luxury Escape Travel will automatically send reminder emails to the participants:

  • 7 days before the due date
  • 3 days before the due date
  • on the day of the due date
  • "Late notice" 2 days after the due date 
 Note: Rest assured, I will ensure that you have an amazing and memorable experience throughout your stay in Maldives

 Payment Option:

  • After your deposit is paid the remaining balance is due by the specified due date. A monthly payment plan will be generated once deposit have been paid and confirmation of booked trip has been received. 

Once your trip is confirmed, you will be invited to a private group chat where you will have full access to trip updates leading up to departure and you will have a chance to get acquainted with the other travelers as well.
