All payments are due by 11:59PM Eastern Time. Payments from Feburary to May can be late, but there is a $25 Per Person Late Fee charge. The FINAL PAYMENT cannot be late. You must pay your balance by the 11:59PM Eastern Time on June 15th, 2024.
If you are sharing a room with someone and paying separately, You both must pay the deposit on the SAME DAY.

- August 7th, 2024: Day at leisure and Rehearsal Dinner

Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: Can I book through another source and still attend the wedding?
A: No, at this time ALL bookings must be made through iDo Travel Concierge to be able to attend the wedding. You will not have a place at the wedding, any weekend events/activities, or the reception if you choose not to book with the couple's preferred Travel Planner.
Q: Do I have to book 4 nights? (updated 1/12/24)
A: At this time a percentage of rooms are contractually bound for a 4 night minimum as set by Hyatt Ziva Cancun. There is an option for 3 nights availble but it is limited. While the options are available on the site they are still available to book.
Q: Do I have to pay the convenience fee every time?
A: The convenience fee is split between the payments. No different than purchasing concert tickets, event ticklets, etc. there is a convenience fee. If you would like to avoid the convenience fee charges you may opt to pay by ZELLE to kallen@idotravelconcierge.com
Q: Do I need a passport?
A: Yes. a passport book is required to travel internationally. You passport must have 6 months of validity past your last travel day. If you do not currently have a passport, I recommend that you apply to receive one no later than April 1st. 2024. At times, passports can take up to 13 weeks standard and 6-8 weeks for expedited passports.
Q: Are flights included?
A: No, flights will be on your own. You will provide your flight details no later than July 15th, 2024 by close of business.
Q: Do I have to purchase travel insurance
A: It is not mandatory to buy travel insurance but it is strongly recommended that you purchase a plan that includes the Cancel For Any Reason benefit.
Q: What if I want to add someone to my room later?
A: You change from a solo traveler room to a double occupancy room by simply emailing Kallen@idotravelconcierge.com the person who is added to the room must pay up to the current amount the group has paid. So if the group has deposited and made the first payment they will have to do the same. You can also go from double occupancy to a triple occupancy room by the same process. Changing bedding is subject to hotel availabilty and is NOT guaranteed if you are going from a King to a Double bed room.
Q: What if the person I am rooming with cancels or cannot go?
A: You will either have to pay the single rate for the room or cancel your reservation along with the person that cannot go. If you have travel insurance with the cancel for any reason benefit you will be able to be reimbursed for any reason. At this time all reservations are non-transferable and non-refundable so you will not be able to swap anyone out for the person that cannot go. You will only receive credit for your portion of the room to use toward the single rate.
Q: I am rooming with someone but we are paying separately, Can this be done?
A: Yes! You must both deposit on the same day but you will list each other as roommates on the sign up form so you can be matched in a room together.
Q: What if the 15th doesn't work for me, Can I pay late?
A: Yes but only for payments that are NOT the FINAL payment date. You will be assessed a late fee of $25 Per Person.
Q: Can I use my status/World of Hyatt Number?
A: Travel Agents normally book through a 3rd party and this is not allowed to be added to the booking.
Cancellation policy:
Terms and Conditions: The following terms and conditions can be what you expect from us. All payments including but not limited to Deposits, Monthly Trip Payments, Travel Insurance, Late Fees, Cancellation Fees are non-refundable and are not able to be transferred to any person or trip under any circumstance without any exception. You will be assessed a late payment fee if you payment beyond 11:59 EST on your payment due date. This fee will not be waived under any circustance if payment is made after the specified date and time in the eastern time zone. Should you decided to cancel your trip, you must in writing request written cancellation via email to info@idotravelconcierge.com and pay a fee of $75 per person before your trip will be cancelled. Once a payment is made it is non-refundable and non-transferable to any person or trip under any circumstance. If a valid charge is disputed after any payment is made, you will be contacted in a good faith effort to rectify the situation but should the client be unwilling to notify the financial institution of the invalid dispute, you will be terminated as a client immediately and refused any future service by iDo Travel Concierge and any of it's affiliate agents
