Two beds in shared rooms are on request only and cannot be guaranteed. Not all rooms include two beds. Each room has a pull-out couch — please review the room description carefully before booking.

Terms & Conditions

• All deposits are non-refundable.

• A deposit of $778.25 CAD per person is required at the time of booking, broken down as follows:

  • $500 – Transat Vacations

  • $250 – Taylored Pickleball Academy

  • $28.25 – Envoyage Travel (Flight Centre)

• GST of $4.81

• Deposits will be processed once the minimum group requirement is met.

Final Payment Due Date: November 7th, 2025

• After the final payment date, all payments become 100% non-refundable.

Cancellation Fees:

• If you cancel before final payment, a cancellation fee of $56.50 will apply.

• If you cancel after final payment, no refund will be issued.
