*All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable per our terms & conditions
DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE
All deposits must be paid in full. Partial deposits will not be accepted (unless a deposit special is advertised).
All deposit "specials" offered are a portion of the FULL deposit amount and are applied towards the total deposit rate.
No deposits will be accepted without a signed Terms & Conditions, signed Travel Insurance Acknowledgement & Requirement form, Cancellation Policy Acknowledgment form, COVID Acknowledgement, or any other required document. These documents will be sent via email.
Reservations without payments for 2 consecutive months are subject to full cancellation due to nonpayment. No refunds will be provided per our terms & conditions.
IMPORTANT PAYMENT INFORMATION:
Monthly Payment amount will vary depending on the deposit date.
Participants will have the option to select Automatic Payments or Standard Payments.
Automatic Payments Due Date: 1st of each month
Standard Payments (not automatic) Due Date: 15th of each month (invoice will read 1st, but you have until the 15th to make a payment EXCEPT for FINAL PAYMENT.
*Final Payment must be paid by the date on the invoice.
