💳 RESERVING YOUR SPACE

A deposit is required to secure your reservation.

Your reservation is not confirmed until the required deposit has been successfully processed and confirmation has been issued.

All travelers are responsible for reviewing names, dates, room selections and other reservation information for accuracy.

Names must match your travel identification exactly.

🚨 IMPORTANT CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

You have 48 hours from the time your initial payment is processed to request cancellation and a refund.

After that 48-hour period, ALL PAYMENTS MADE TOWARD THIS TRIP ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.

This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to:

• Change of plans

• Work obligations

• Relationship changes

• Roommate cancellations

• Illness or injury

• Transportation issues

• Passport or travel-document problems

• Personal or family emergencies

• Failure to travel

Travel Bliss strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes appropriate trip cancellation and interruption coverage.

Travel insurance is a separate purchase and all insurance benefits are subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions and coverage limits of the policy selected.

👯 ROOMMATES

Travel Bliss is not responsible for locating or guaranteeing roommates.

If you reserve a double-occupancy room, you are financially responsible for satisfying the total cost associated with your reservation.

If your roommate cancels, the remaining traveler may be responsible for the resulting single-occupancy rate or other applicable price adjustment unless a replacement traveler is approved and permitted under applicable supplier terms.

✈️ FLIGHTS

Unless specifically identified as included in your selected package, airfare is not included.

Please do not purchase airfare until Travel Bliss confirms that the minimum requirements for the trip have been met and you receive authorization to proceed with flight arrangements.

Travel Bliss may provide recommended flight information or group-flight options when available.

🛂 PASSPORT REQUIREMENT

A valid passport is required for international travel to the Dominican Republic. You DO NOT need a passport to book, but you do need one to travel.

It is each traveler's responsibility to verify current passport, entry, exit and immigration requirements and to ensure all required documents are valid for travel.

Travelers who are denied boarding or entry because of improper or insufficient documentation remain subject to the trip's cancellation and refund policies.

Want to secure your trip now but need more time to pay than our standard monthly payment schedule allows? You may be able to use Klarna or Affirm to create a payment plan that better fits your budget.

Both Klarna and Affirm may offer eligible travelers the option to generate a one-time virtual credit card. That card can then be used to pay the remaining balance of your Travel Bliss package in full, while you repay Klarna or Affirm according to the payment plan you select.

How it works:

1. Apply directly through Klarna or Affirm and select the payment option available to you.

2. If approved, generate a one-time virtual credit card for the amount you need to pay toward your trip.

3. Use the virtual card to pay your Travel Bliss balance.

4. Your trip is considered paid according to the Travel Bliss booking schedule, while you continue making payments directly to Klarna or Affirm based on your financing agreement.

Why travelers use this option

This can be especially helpful if your trip's final payment date is approaching but you'd prefer to spread the cost over a longer period of time than the standard Travel Bliss payment schedule allows.

Example: Your Travel Bliss package may need to be paid in full several months before departure. If eligible, you could use Klarna or Affirm to satisfy that balance now and continue making payments to them beyond the Travel Bliss final payment date.
