Cancellation policy:

 

All Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

All cancellation requests must be received in writing from each person in a room.


In case you need to cancel your trip for a covered reason, we strongly suggest you purchase travel insurance

to cover in any non-refundable trip costs pre and post final payment. You have up to 10 days to

review any purchased travel insurance policy and receive a refund.

100% of payments will be non-refundable and non-transferrable for cancellation received after
Sunday, May 19, 2024. (Unless you have Travel Protection)


Roommates

You must choose an occupancy of Single (1) or Double (2) when securing your reservation.

Jordan Travel Enterprise is not responsible for roommate matching. 

If your roommate cancels his/her reservation in your room and you do not replace that person,
your trip cost will increase double the room rate.  
Please consider purchasing travel insurance, if this is a risk for you.
If a single occupancy room chooses to add a roommate at a later date,
your trip cost will be revised and reduced to the double occupancy rate for your room.
