Price Does Not Include:

  • Airfare to tour destination.  Flights must be booked by Travelmation with specific flight arrival and departure times to allow for shared ground transportation.  Once you have registered, we will manage the flight booking and authorization process along with flight monitoring services on travel days. Students are not authorized to book their own flights.

  • 3 nights in Los Angeles (*4 person shared accommodation – 2 students of the SAME SEX per room)

  • Edelweiss Tours coordinator and chaperones

Cancellation Policy

Refunds are very limited and subject to the cancellation policies of the Tour Operator, Travel Agency and Airline booked.   It is strongly recommended you choose to purchase the add-on for the optional Travel Insurance with Cancel For Any Reason coverage.

Registration, flight bookings, payments, and cancellations are all processed by Travelmation and Travelmation Flights.

Students are housed 3 to 4 in a room with  2 students of the same gender in the same double size bed.
 
There are a limited number of spaces if you would like to have a bed to yourself.  The cost includes the room supplemental cost plus administrative and credit card fees associated with this option.
