Payment Deadlines:
- 50% deposit required at time of booking
- Remaining balance due no later than 45 days prior to departure (May 1, 2025)

Other Important Information:
- Administration Fee: By submitting your payment authorization, you authorize Champagne Travel to charge your card a $200 administration fee. This fee is separate from the total cost of the trip listed above and is non-refundable. This highly discounted fee covers the cost of all administrative tasks, operations, and organizational planning on behalf of Champagne Travel from the time of booking through your return home post-trip.
- Code of Conduct: All travelers will be required to sign a Code of Conduct agreement to outline expected behavior for the duration of the trip. Champagne Travel and its suppliers reserve the right to remove a rude or disruptive traveler from the trip at any time and no refunds will be given for any unused portion of the trip. Traveler will be responsible for securing their own transportation home.
