Cancellation policy:

Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Please follow the steps below if you need to cancel your reservation:

  1. Email your cancellation request to browngirltravelsadventures@gmail.com  
  2. Include in the email your invoice number, full name, and date of travel.

If you do not receive an acknowledgment of your cancellation request within 48 hours, please call us at 916-751-8371 to ensure your information has been received.
