Payment Schedule:

  • October 25th, 2025 $100 deposit due to reserve a room.
  • November 1st, 2025 80% of total room block is due.
  • December 1st, 2025 Remaining balance is due.

To be included in Kelli and Matt’s Wedding Activities, please only book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer contracted group rates that have been secured by Kelli and Matt with a deposit already paid on each room.

  3. Valentin Imperial does not guarantee bed types or triple occupancy availability. Double Beds are extremely limited and available only by approved request.

  4. Specific buildings, specific rooms, specific views, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.

  5. Resorts may consider any amount of ocean visible from a room as Ocean View or Ocean Front categories.

  6. Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you accurately select your room category.

  7. January 23rd, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.

  8. Valentin Imperial is strictly 18+ with no exceptions. Based on age at time of check-in.

 
 

Cancellation policy:

 

  • If you cancel your reservation before November 1st, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. You can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date (maintaining the 3 night minimum).

  • If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after November 1st, 2025 you are responsible for 100% of your original room total. 

    A 3 night minimum is required.

    If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for refunds based on their terms.

    Valentin Imperial will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

    Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Valentin Imperial and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Valentin Imperial.
