Important Trip Terms & Conditions✨
Deposit: A nonrefundable deposit of $100 per person is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Deposits may be split into four installments when using Afterpay.
Payments: All trip payments are nonrefundable under any circumstances. The only exception is if you purchase travel insurance and your claim qualifies for reimbursement under the insurance provider’s policy.
Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. A formal quote is required to purchase coverage. After your deposit is received, you will receive a separate email with detailed instructions on how to obtain a quote and complete your purchase.
Refunds: Culture Concierge does not issue refunds for deposits for trip payments. Any potential reimbursement must be handled directly through your travel insurance provider upon submission and approval of a valid claim.
Payment Deadlines: All trip payments must be completed no later than 45 days prior to trip departure. Failure to pay in full by this deadline will result in cancellation of your booking without refund.
Responsibility: By booking with CC, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. It is the traveler’s responsibility to review, understand, and secure travel insurance if desired.
