Hotel Advisories

There is a Tourism Guest Levy that will be used for destination development and community support on the island. A fee of $5 per person per night for all guests 6 years of age and older will be applied. The fee will not apply to children under 6 years. This fee is subject to change without prior notice. The Tourism Guest Levy will be collected by credit card payment upon check-in at the hotel.

Entry Requirements and Protocols

Travel Protection is strongly recommended.  To qualify for Cancel For Any Reason, you must purchase the travel protection plan within 7 days of making the deposit. 

• Travel credits are valid for travel within 395 days from the original departure date.
• Travel credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and must be used for travel commencing by the expiration date.
• Travel credits will be issued in the names of the adult (18+) passengers on the original reservation.
• Travel credits must be applied to the same ALGV brand as the original booking.

For Travel Credit - Travel Protection Plus Travel Credit must be purchased within 7 days of making the deposit. The cost is $90 or $110 based on the room cost per person.

For Cash Refunds - Travel Protection Plus Cash Refund must be purchased within 7 days of making the deposit. The cost is $190 or $230, based on the room cost per person.

If no Travel Protection is purchased, the trip is non-refundable. Please see the Terms and Conditions and the cancelation policy below.

CANCELATION POLICY:

• Cancel 70 days before departure - No penalty 02/23/2024 - 04/23/2025
• Cancel 69 -41 days before departure - Initial deposit is non-refundable 04/24/2025 - 05/22/2025
• Cancel 40 - 0 days before departure - Any cancelations including no-shows will result in a 100% penalty per person 05/23/2025 - 07/02/2025

Passport:

Travelers should make sure their passport is valid at least six months after returning home and has two or more blank pages, or some countries may not let them enter. Note that passports for children under 16 are valid five years and adult passports 10 years, so check expiration dates carefully.

The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
