A deposit: confirms agreement of the following terms: I understand all payments to M&M Travel & Excursions-Sweeet Getaways LLC aka Sweeet Getaways are non-refundable and non-transferable (including deposits). The above total is dependent on a group travel rate and are subject to change if the participation falls below a number consistent on a group. M&M Travel & Excursions-Sweeet Getaways LLC reserves the right to change tours days or modify the itinerary as needed for all group trips.
Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice.
Payments: All payments to M&M Travel & Excursions-Sweeet Getaways LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. In an effort to negotiate the best experience and price, our travel partners do not provide refunds.
Travel Insurance: It is HIGHLY recommended that you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment. The purchase of travel insurance is to cover your vacation investment against any unexpected circumstances that neither the travel agent nor the client can control. If you choose not to add travel insurance, your entire trip investment may be at risk. Note: Insurance claim approval is determined by the travel insurance company, and M&M Travel & Excursions-Sweeet Getaways LLC accepts absolutely no responsibility for any denied claims.
Monthly payments: Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan and as a courtesy you will receive monthly electronic reminders.
Roommate: You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making monthly payments. We will make every effort to notify you if your roommate is no longer compliant with our payment policy.
Changes: Flight, Hotels and Transfers - M&M Travel & Excursions-Sweeet Getaways LLC will make every effort to operate all tours as printed on the itinerary, digital brochures, and flyers. However, circumstances may arise which would require an adjustment to the tour. We will do our best to avoid such changes, but we must reserve the right to make such modifications if they are deemed to be necessary for any reason. Tours do not have a monetary value for a cash or credit refund.
Airline: Please note flight changes are at the discretion of the airline, therefore M&M Travel & Excursions-Sweeet Getaways LLC reserves the right to make airline modifications as we see fit to accommodate our clients. Seat assignments are at the discretion of airlines. All seats for groups are located in economy class.
Name Changes: Name changes for airline travel are not permitted; name corrections will carry a fee of $50.00 and this information must be received in writing 30-days prior to departure or as specified by the airline.
Late Payment(s): Late Payments and Fees - at M&M Travel & Excursions-Sweeet Getaways LLC, we strive to maintain transparency and fairness in all our dealings. This section outlines our late payment policy to ensure a smooth and sustainable partnership with our valued customers.
- Late Payments: Invoices for goods or services rendered are due on the date specified in the invoice or the agreed-upon payment terms. Any payment not received by the due date will be considered late.
- Late Fees: To encourage timely payments and cover administrative costs, a late fee of $20 will be charged for each month the payment remains overdue. The late fee will be added to the outstanding amount until the full payment is received.
- Communication: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur, leading to delayed payments. If you anticipate any difficulties in making timely payments, we urge you to contact our agency as soon as possible. Open communication allows us to explore possible solutions and avoid unnecessary penalties.
- Disputes: If you believe there is an error in the invoiced amount or have questions about a charge, please contact our agency to resolve any disputes promptly.
- Continued Services: Failure to settle overdue invoices may result in the suspension or termination of services until the disruptions to your experience with M&M Travel & Excursions-Sweeet Getaways LLC have been resolved.
Ground Transfers: Please note that all transfers and excursions will have specific times of departures and will be unable to accommodate late arrivals. You will be responsible for your own transportation cost if you miss a scheduled transfer or pickup.
Hotel Amenities: Hotel amenities may change without notice.
Upgrades: Should you require an upgrade of a room accommodations, flights and/or tours, please advise in advance.
