Cancellation policy:

We realize that plans can change so we've established these flexible cancellation policies as follows:

Cancellations between 2/9/2023 - 6/30/2023: $250 cancellation penalty applies. Refund of any remaining balance will be issued back to original form of payment within 30 days of cancellation notice.

Cancellations between 7/1/2023 - 10/14/2023: $750 cancellation penalty applies. Refund of any remaining balance will be issued back to original form of payment within 30 days of cancellation notice.

Cancellations between 10/15/2023  - 11/15/2023: Traveler may transfer booking to another passenger OR  receive a 50% refund in the form of a Future Travel Credit (to be applied to a future Oheneba Events & Travel Group Getaway. Book by 12/1/23 - Travel by 12/31/24)

NO CANCELLATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 11/15/2023.

BOOKINGS BECOME NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

 

All cancellation notices must be sent via email to awashington@ohenebatravel.com. Verbal notice will not be accepted. Oheneba Events & Travel is not responsible for penalties or fees associated with cancelled bookings for any reason, including COVID related matters. We strongly encourage our travelers to buy Travel Insurance to protect your travel investment. We are happy to provide travel insurance quotes.
