Itinerary:
- Day 1 10/8/22: Depart from New Orleans at 3:30 pm
- Day 2 10/9/22: Fun Day at Sea
- Day 3 10/10/22: Arrive in Costa Maya at 1:00 pm and Depart at 10:00 pm
- Day 4 10/11/22: Arrive in Cozumel at 8:00 am and Depart at 5:00 pm
- Day 5 10/12/22: Fun Day at Sea
- Day 6 10/13/22: Arrive in New Orleans at 8:00 am
Terms and Conditions:
I. Payments. The monthly payment plan is required and non-negotiable. All payments must be authorized by the deadline outlined in your invoice at 11:59 pm CST. There are no payment deadline extensions and no exceptions to this rule. Guests can opt to paid monthly payments in advance or in smaller increments before the deadlines outlined. If a missed payment occurs by both roommates then the cabin will be cancelled. Please refer to cancellation guidelines for more information. If a missed payment occurs by only one roommate, then the roommate in penalty will be cancelled from the cabin. The remaining roommate will be responsible for the single occupancy rate unless they are able to find a replacement by the next payment deadline. It is a $15 late fee.
II. Age Policy. All guests must be 21 years or older to attend.
III. Pregnancy Policy. If pregnant, guests must follow Carnival's pregnancy policy. Please visit Carnival's website for more information.
IV. Criminal History Policy. All guests must follow Carnival's criminal history policy and guidelines outlined on Carnival's website.
V. Smoking Policy. All guests must follow Carnival's smoking policy outlined on the company website.
VI. Roommate Changes. Roommate changes are allowed up until the final payment date. Replacement roommates are responsible for the entire cruise fare advertised and are not entitled to any payments made by previous roommates.
VII. Cancellations. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. All cancellations initiated by your host for reasons such as, included but limited to, failure to meet payment guidelines, roommate changes, and disorderly conduct, are not covered under purchased vacation protection and refunds will not be granted. Purchased vacation protection is not valid until the vacation has been paid in full. If the cancellation is not initiated by your host for the reasons previously stated, the guest has purchased vacation protection in full and the vacation protection is valid, then the guest will be refunded in accordance to Carnival's vacation protection guidelines.
VIII. Unless otherwise explicitly stated in these terms and conditions, guests are required to follow all Carnival policies and guidelines. These can be found on the company website at www.carnival.com
