Your 6-day / 5-night custom-curated Turks & Caicos experience includes:
- 5 nights at the Seaclusion Oasis villas in a King bedroom with ensuite.
- Chef-prepared full American breakfast daily, including special Mother's Day brunch.
- Chef-prepared daily light lunch in villa.
- Two chef-prepared dinners in villa; welcome dinner and one other night TBD.
- Cinco de Mayo poolside celebration with bartender.
- Private catamaran experience with snorkeling, beach stops, swimming, lunch & cocktails.
- All transfers between Providenciales International Airport and the villa.
- Private group transportation for all scheduled experiences.
- Professional photographer for one evening event.

Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly encouraged. Guests are required to either purchase travel insurance at the time of booking or within 14 days of booking and provide proof of coverage or complete a signed insurance declination waiver. Insurance is not mandated but proof of coverage or a signed waiver is required before your spot is confirmed.

Please note ACH payments will incur a 1.5% processing fee. Credit card payments will incur processing fees of 3.5%-3.7%.

You are welcome to pay ahead or make larger payments at any time. All balances must be paid in full by the February 15, 2027, payment deadline.
Paid in Full Option
$1,000 non-refundable deposit + remaining balance paid in full by September 14, 2026
(Paid in full will receive a $150 discount per person)
All paid in full suites will be offered first choice of their suite based on room type selection in order of paid in full payment received.
All trip payments are non-refundable unless otherwise noted.

Prepaid Group Gratuity

For your convenience, you may choose to prepay a Group Gratuity of $250 per person before departure.
If you choose this option, we'll combine all prepaid gratuities and present them to the villa staff on behalf of our group during our farewell dinner.
Participation is completely optional. Guests who prefer to tip independently are welcome to do so.
Every dollar collected through the Prepaid Group Gratuity is distributed directly to the villa staff. KBG Experiences does not retain any portion of these funds.
