GEM Travel, LLC — Bus Trip Terms & Conditions

GEM Travel, LLC (“GEM Travel,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is pleased to assist you with your travel experience. These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) outline what you can expect when traveling with us. The term “you” refers to the traveler.

By booking with GEM Travel, LLC, you agree to the following:

Travel Documents

You are responsible for reviewing all travel documents, including your itinerary, for accuracy.

Please notify us immediately of any errors.

All traveler names must match the identification used for travel.

Role as Travel Advisor

GEM Travel, LLC acts as an agent for third-party suppliers, including hotels, transportation providers, and tour operators (“Suppliers”).

We do not own or operate these Suppliers and are not responsible for their actions, omissions, service delivery, scheduling changes, or operational decisions.

Travel Risks

Travel involves inherent risks, including delays, weather conditions, mechanical issues, health concerns, or other unforeseen events.

By participating in this trip, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that GEM Travel, LLC is not liable for events beyond our control.

Health & Safety

You are responsible for assessing your ability to travel.

If you have medical conditions or special needs, it is your responsibility to make appropriate arrangements and inform us in advance when necessary.

Pricing & Supplier Changes

Travel services are subject to change based on supplier availability and operational needs.

Adjustments to schedules, accommodations, or transportation may occur. We will communicate any known changes, but we do not guarantee that all elements of the trip will remain exactly as originally planned.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment and cover unexpected events.

GEM Travel, LLC does not guarantee coverage or claims approval by any insurance provider.

Group Harmony Statement

This is a shared travel experience. The energy of the group matters.

At GEM Travel, we value connection, respect, and ease. This trip is designed to be enjoyable, smooth, and welcoming for everyone involved.

By joining this experience, you agree to contribute to a positive group environment.

Group Conduct & Expectations

Respect First
Treat fellow travelers, drivers, staff, and partners with courtesy and respect at all times.

Be On Time
Group travel runs on a schedule. You are responsible for being present and ready at all designated times. The group will not be delayed for late arrivals.

Be Considerate
Be mindful of shared spaces, time, and experiences. Your actions should not negatively impact the group.

Follow Guidance
Please follow all instructions from your Group Leader and trip partners to ensure a smooth and safe experience.

Disruptive Behavior
Behavior that disrupts the group experience—including excessive intoxication, conflict, or unsafe conduct—will not be tolerated.

Right to Remove
GEM Travel, LLC reserves the right to remove any traveler from the trip at their own expense if their behavior is disruptive or unsafe. No refunds or compensation will be provided in such cases.

Personal Responsibility
You are responsible for your belongings, your actions, and your overall travel experience.

Legal & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.

Any claims or disputes must be filed in the appropriate courts located in Maryland.

By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
