This                                                                                                includes situations where an individual poses a danger to themselves or others, engages in behavior that jeopardizes the safety or enjoyment of others, is intoxicated or                                                                                          under the influence of drugs, or refuses to comply with Delta Omega Travel's rules or instructions. Passengers will be responsible for any associated expenses, such as                                                                                              cancellation fees or alternative travel arrangements. Unused services are non-refundable. Delta Omega Travel may seek reimbursement from the individual for any costs                                                                                      incurred during their removal.
