Terms and Cancellation Policy for the Heartfelt Retreat with the Duality Project

Welcome to the Heartfelt Retreat with the Duality Project! We are thrilled that you will be joining us for an unforgettable experience in Palm Beach, Florida. Before you finalize your plans, please take a moment to review our Terms and Cancellation Policy below.

Booking and Payment

A deposit of $300 is required to secure your place at the Heartfelt Retreat with the Duality Project. This deposit is non-refundable.
The full balance of the retreat price is due by October 1st, 2024. Failure to complete payment by this date may result in the loss of your spot, with your deposit forfeited.

Cancellation by Participant

Cancellations must be made in writing by emailing connect@thedualityproject.com.
To receive a full refund (minus the non-refundable deposit), cancellations must be made before October 1, 2024. This allows us time to fill the space with another participant.
Cancellations made after October 1, 2024, will not be eligible for a refund. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate such situations on a case-by-case basis. This may include transferring your booking to another individual or applying your credit to a future retreat or program, subject to availability.

Cancellation by the Duality Project

the Heartfelt Retreat with the Duality Project reserves the right to cancel any retreat due to insufficient enrollment or any other circumstances that would make the event non-viable.
If the Heartfelt Retreat with the Duality Project cancels a retreat, registrants will be offered a full refund. Alternatively, you may choose to transfer the full amount paid towards another retreat or program, subject to availability.
the Heartfelt Retreat with the Duality Project is not responsible for any expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreats, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.

Health and Safety

Participants are responsible for their own health and safety. the Heartfelt Retreat with the Duality Project does not accept liability for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
We recommend that all participants have comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

Miscellaneous

By registering for the Heartfelt Retreat with the Duality Project, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
the Heartfelt Retreat with the Duality Project reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary or facilitators if necessary. Participants will be notified of any changes in advance.
