Payment Schedule:
- $25.00 per person deposit due by September 15, 2024
- $150.00 per person due by May 1, 2025
- Full balance due by June 15, 2025
If paying after September 15, 2024, deposit will increase to $150.00 per person.
Cabin rates are based on double occupancy, single occupancy is responsible for 200% of cruise fare.
The first initial payment of $25.00 puts you in the booking allocation but does not generate a cabin number. Cabins aren't assigned until full deposit is paid. Full deposit is $300.00 per cabin ($150.00 per person)

Cancellation Policy:
- The initial $25.00 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- $150.00 penalty per person if cancelled by June 20, 2025
- 50% penalty per person if cancelled by July 10, 2025
- 75% penalty per person if cancelled by August 5, 2025
- Full penalty if cancelled August 20, 2025
Please remember you must keep your payments current and pay the full balance by 06/05/2025 to avoid forfeiting and discounts, promotions, incentives or risking complete cancellation without refund. To receive any compensation travel insurance is required.

Terms and Conditions:
Booking: Passenger(s) is required to review & verify all information on booking confirmation immediately and contact Traveling Temptationz immediately if a correction needs to be made. Passenger's name on booking must match the legal name on travel documents.
Travel Documents: It is the passenger's responsibility to make sure that they have all required documents for travel. This includes but not limited to passport, visa, vaccinations and any other required documents for intended destination. Traveling Temptationz will advise you of what is needed before booking. Currently, only proof of citizenship (original birth certificate) and a government issued photo ID is required to cruise the ports.
Payments: Traveling Temptationz accepts all major credit cards as a form of payment. We also offer various payment options to suit every individual's need. Traveling Temptationz will send out payment reminders, however it is the client's responsibility to ensure that the full balance is paid off by the given due date. Traveling Temptationz is not responsible for trip cancellations due to non-payment.
Refunds: All deposits made are non-refundable and non-transferrable. All other funds thereafter are at the discretion of the vendor, airline, resort, etc. Traveling Temptationz has contractual agreements with our hotel, airlines, transportation, and other vendors that sometimes will not allow us to obtain any refunds. Because of this reason, travel insurance is highly recommended.
Payment Disputes: Travelers agree to not file a payment dispute or chargeback through their bank/financial institution and to instead utilize their travel insurance in the event that they can no longer attend the planned trip.
Traveler agrees to not file a chargeback in violation of Traveling Temptationz refund policy. In the event that a chargeback is requested and/or processed, traveler agrees to repay Traveling Temptationz for the full amount and be responsible for any fees incurred in recouping payment, including attorney’s fees.
Research/Finder's Fee: In order to start planning the perfect trip for you, a non-refundable $25.00 research fee is required and payable to Traveling Temptationz. Payment will be requested once the quote form is completed. This gives you three options with one destination. You are allowed two changes before the research fee will need to be paid again. Destination change will require the research fee to be paid again. Quotes and research fee are valid for 30 days after submission. After 30 days, the research fee will need to be paid again as prices will need to be re-checked.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance for your vacation investment. Travel insurance can protect you if you need to cancel after final payment, your baggage gets lost, you get hurt on your trip or any other unforeseen problem that may occur.
Traveling with Minors: The minimum age for cruising is 6 months. Passengers under 18 years of age not traveling with a legal guardian may need to present a notarized letter from the absent parent(s)/guardian granting permission to travel outside of the United States with said party and provide emergency medical care if necessary. Traveling Temptationz is not responsible for lack of compliance to provide proper documentation to cruise authorities. It is the responsibility of the traveler and the travelers' parents/guardians to provide proper documentation to authorities.
Guests must be 21 years of age of embarkation day to travel on their own. Guest under the age of 21 MUST travel with a relative or guardian of 25 years of age or older. They don't have to be in the same stateroom, but they must be on the same cruise and bookings must be linked together.
How to Book: Choose your package by selecting the cabin category you want, then select the number of occupants in the cabin. If you are wanting to purchase insurance or prepay gratuities, please choose the extra option that fits your cabin type and choose the guest count of travelers that's wanting to purchase.
All other payments outside of the initial deposit will be paid online at www.travelingtemptationz.net under the "make a payment" option.
When inputting the traveler information, it is very important that you include all travelers full name, gender and DOB. All other information is helpful but optional.
