I M P O R T A N T
FLIGHTS/AIRFARE
Land only package: If you choose not to include flights you will be responsible for your air and transfer to/from our group hotel to begin and end out group trip. If you choose not to include flights we are still able to assist you with finding and purchasing flights if necessary.  Package cannot be modified to fit alternative dates.
 
Land & air package: For packages including air our departure will be from JFK/NYC on 10/11/25 and return to JFK/NYC on 10/18/12025. Exact flight information will be given or or before 8/1/2025. Flight will either be non stop or 1 stop. Only premium airlines such Emirates, Qatar, Turkish Airways, etc will be used. 
 
MEALS
Daily hotel breakfast is included with this package as well as a desert safari dinner and lunch in Abu Dhabi. All other meals are at the travelers expense. 
 
TRANSFERS
Round trip airport transfers are included for guests who purchase the land & air package. If you choose to book your flights separately we can assist you with arranging transportation for an additional cost or you may choose to take taxi or Uber to our hotel. 
 
ADDITIONAL FEES
A mandatory hotel/tourist tax will be charge upon check in at the hotel. Approximately $120. 
Standard rooms are included in the package. You may request an upgrade at check-in at your own expense and subject to availability.
Flights will include at least 1 carry on and 1 checked bag. Additional luggage charges and special seat assignments will be at your own expense.
 
TRAVEL INSURANCE
You will be offered the option to purchase travel insurance. Travel insurance is optional but highly recommended. You can also purchase from any third party travel insurer. You are not obligated to purchase insurance from our agency.  
 
H O W  T O  B O O K
 #1. CHOOSE YOUR PACKAGE
Go to the "Available Packages" section below and choose your package by date. 
 
#2. CHOOSE THE NUMBER OF TRAVELERS IN YOUR ROOM
You will see the exact pricing for your trip after the number of guests has been chosen. 
 
#3. DISCOUNT CODES
Near the total you will see the link to click to enter your discount code. If for some reason you are unable to enter your code you may submit it to us later via email no later than 1 week after booking and your discount will be honored.
 
#4. PROVIDE YOUR TRAVELER INFORMATION
You will be asked to provide basic information such as name, date, etc. Your name MUST match your passport.
 
#5. MAKE YOUR DEPOSIT 
After your deposit is received your booking will be made and you will receive an invoice and confirmation by email and within 24hrs.
 
P A Y M E N T S   &  R E F U N D S
DEPOSITS
A $200 per person deposit is due to secure your reservation. The $200 per person deposit is non refundable.
Once the initial submission has been received  your booking will be made and you will receive an invoice confirmation within 24hrs.
 
REFUNDS
This trip is refundable up to April 12th 2025. After April 12th 2025 all payments are no refundable, no exceptions.
*For additional refund options consider adding travel insurance
 
PAYMENTS
Your initial deposit will be made using this booking page and secure CC processor. Future payments will be made via your invoice and are also processed using a secure PCI compliant system. 
 
FINAL DUE DATE
Your balance must be paid in full on or before 7/17/2025. If balance is not received by 7/17/2025 your reservation will automatically cancel. 
 
CHANGES
CHANGES: REDUCTION OR INCREASE IN GUEST COUNT
A reduction or increase in the guest count of your room will result in repricing to the original rate for either double or solo. Please be sure your guest intends to fulfill their obligation. 
 
CHANGES: NAME CHANGES
Name changes are allowed up to July 12th 2025. After this time there will be a $100 charge for land only name changes. Land & Air name changes will not be allowed. 
 
E N T R Y  R E Q U I R E M E N T S
US CITIZENS: A valid passport book is required to enter Dubai. From the date of your arrival you must have at least 6 months left until expiration.
 
*You do not need a passport to confirm your booking but you must have it in hand at the time of departure.
 
*Covid vaccination is not required
