
Terms and Conditions for Skyline Soiree Dubai 2025 Group Trip
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
By booking with Resort Lovers International ("RLI") for the Skyline Soiree Dubai 2025, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This is a legally binding contract between you ("Client") and Resort Lovers International.
OUR ROLE
RLI arranges travel services through third-party suppliers. We are not liable for their actions. Claims must be directed to suppliers.
BOOKING PROCESS
Traveler information (name, DOB, gender) is required before booking. Your booking is confirmed once payment is made.
INVOICES AND PAYMENTS
Invoices are sent via email. Payments must be made securely via debit/credit card. Payments not received by due dates will result in automatic cancellation.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Deposit: $200 – Due ASAP

1st Payment: $200 – due April 12th 2025

2nd Payment: Min 50% of balance due July 12th 2025

Final Payment: Remaining balance due September 12th 2025
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

All payments are non-refundable after 4/12/2025. *For additional refund options consider adding travel insurance

If any payment is more than 5 days late, the booking is automatically canceled.

INSURANCE
Travel insurance is recommended. RLI is not liable for consequences if declined.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
It’s the traveler’s responsibility to ensure passports are valid for at least 6 months after departure and to acquire necessary visas.
ADDITIONAL FEES
Additional fees may apply for resorts, taxes, and other services, subject to change by the supplier.
CHANGES: REDUCTION OR INCREASE IN GUEST COUNT
A reduction or increase in the guest count of your room will result in repricing to the original rate for either double or solo. Please be sure your guest intends to fulfill their obligation.
CHANGES: NAME CHANGES
Name changes are allowed up to July 12th 2025. After this time there will be a $100 charge for land only name changes. Land & Air name changes will not be allowed after July 12th 2025.
TRAVELER RESPONSIBILITY
Clients must provide accurate information at booking. RLI is not responsible for issues due to incorrect info or missed flights.
COVID-19 & HEALTH RISKS
RLI is not liable for illnesses acquired during travel. Clients are responsible for quarantine costs, missed flights, or changes due to health mandates.
PRIVACY
RLI respects your privacy and will not share personal information, except as required by law.
LIABILITY
RLI is not responsible for third-party supplier issues or events like natural disasters, illness, or civil unrest.
GROUP VACATIONS
RLI may modify group itinerary if necessary for the safety or overall well being of the group.
Photos of guests may occasionally be shared for promotional purpose.
We have a zero tolerance policy for discrimination, harassment and violence. Any guest who exhibits such behavior towards another traveler will be removed from the group and no refunds will be given.
CHARGEBACKS
Chargebacks will be disputed. Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks. If a chargeback occurs, RLI will take legal action and clients will be responsible for all associated costs.
FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond control, including acts of God, war, strikes, or government restrictions.
ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE
By booking and making payments, you confirm you’ve read, understood, and agree to these terms. This is legally binding.
Governing Law: Texas. Disputes will be resolved in Harris County courts.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By signing electronically, you acknowledge that you agree to the terms.
