Jasmine and Raheem have entrusted me to take care of you, their special guests. I'm here to get you booked to ensure you are there to witness this beautiful union.
Important: Only guests booked through this special group page will be able to attend their wedding. Again, all attendees must be booked through this group. The resort does not allow off site guests on the property. Guests must also book a minimum of 3 nights with this group. Guests do have the opportunity to extend trip up to 7 nights between Nov 6-13, 2024. Booking form is found at the bottom of this page.

Payment Schedule:
Deposit upon booking. At that time, an automatic payment schedule may be created. Please let travel agent know what payment schedule you would like to be placed on to have auto reminders sent to your email. Even with a payment schedule created, you must authorize each payment you want made. Your payment will not be automatically deducted. Pay attention to your email for payment authorization reminders and requests. You must authorize each payment you want paid.
We recommend you stick with a payment plan so that your trip will be paid off by final payment. However, if you elect to choose a different schedule, please note the following payment requirements:
Second payment of at least 35% of reservation cost due April 1, 2024
Third payment of at least an additional 35% of reservation cost due June 1, 2024

FLIGHT DETAILS:
In order for transfers to be programmed correctly, the flight details should be provided to travel agent at 60 days prior, but no later than 45 days prior to Nov 5, 2024. If flight details are not received within by 30 days prior to arrival, a fee of $35 per person will be assessed.
Countdown to Bliss cannot be held responsible for any inaccurate or missing flight information which may affect the client arrival and/or departure pick-up time in destination. Any changes to flight itinerary received within 24 hours of departure will result in an additional transfer fee. Note that is important to provide only the flight segments into and out of the destination. Connecting flights are not necessary, as they do not impact transfers.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

- Deposits are nonrefundable. Travel protection is highly recommended!
VACATION PROTECTION INSURANCE (VPI):
If you cancel or interrupt your vacation due to an unforeseen, covered reason listed in your policy, benefits can reimburse up to 100% of the cost of your trip for unused, prepaid non-refundable travel arrangements. VPI must be added at time of booking as part of your deposit if you would like the plan. This can be added starting at $123/person. Pricing varies based on package total.
