Before You Book
We’re thrilled you’re joining a Travel Curio Experience to Bali! To keep things clear and stress-free, here’s what you need to know before you place your deposit.
Bookings Are Final
All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please double-check your plans before securing your spot.
Payment Options
- Pay in Full: Take care of everything upfront, and you’re done!
- Monthly Plan: Prefer to pay overtime? Monthly payment schedules are outlined on the last page and will be invoiced seven (7) days before each due date. You can also select to make automatic payments.
Late Payments
- If two consecutive payments are missed, your trip may be canceled in line with the Terms & Conditions. You may have the ability to reinstate the reservation with an applicable fee.
Travel Insurance
We strongly encourage travel insurance to protect your investment and your peace of mind. We recommend Allianz Travel Insurance — Complete the Travel Insurance Request Form.

Cancellation Policy
Please note the deposit paid is non-refundable and non-transferable. If applicable, planning and research fees are paid to The Travel Curio and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Given the contractual obligations associated with this airfare, refunds are not available. This way, we can keep our airfare and package offerings competitive and allow you to make monthly payments towards your vacation. Again, airfare (in-country and/or international) if included, is non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation of travel arrangements due to any reason, The Travel Curio must be notified of the same in writing by email at info@thetravelcurio.com in a timely manner. This will allow us to provide you with documentation to give to your travel insurance provider, if obtained, for you to submit a claim.
Given the cancellation and refund policy, TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE is strongly recommended.
