Cancellation policy:

Individual room cancellations are acceptable up until May 1, 2024. Cancellations made after May 1st  will not be refunded due to group attrition requirements. 
 
 

Deposit & Payment Schedule:

The following deposit & payment  schedule is outlined for the group. Each room has the freedom to pay their balance off ahead of the final deadline, but still must adhere to the deposit schedule .  Your final room balance after the initial deposit will be divided into 6 equal payments.
