Late Payment Fee Acknowledgement:

Please note that payments are due on the 15th of every month specified above following the initial deposit.  If you pay past the payment due date 12:00am Eastern Standard Time, a $25 late fee per person will be assessed for each occurrence.  It is imperative that payments are made on time as certain suppliers require payment well before arrival.  You will not be able to continue to make payments until the late fee (s) accessed are paid. An invoice will be sent for the late payment.  Once invoice for late payment is processed, a trip payment will be applied.  Failure to pay the balance of the late fee(s) within 60 days of payment due date will result in automatic cancellation of passengers in the same itinerary.
