Itinerary:
Travel from United States to Kilimanjaro International Airport
DAY 1 Arrive at the Kilimanjaro International Airport and proceed to the Immigration desk for VISA Stamp. Before leaving the desk make sure your passport is correctly stamped. Outside the airport you will meet with your safari guide with a sign board with one of your names. Our safari guides has gone through COVID 19 standard procedure course and are vaccinated. They will make sure they follow all the protocols. Depart the airport and drive to Arusha. Driving distance 1h20min

DAY 2 It has been a long flight from the US, and the time difference can make you feel exhausted. Spend time relaxing a bit at the Haradali House. Take the day slowly swimming, taking walks, cycling or visiting a neighborhood school.

DAY 3 Depart after breakfast to Arusha airport for a flight to Northern Serengeti (flight departs at 0900hrs). In Serengeti National Park, meet your safari guide and proceed with the game drive (packed lunch or hot lunch at the lodge)
SERENGETI RIVER CAMP (KARIBU CAMPS)
FULL BOARD (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
DAY 4 Full day game drive in Mara Serengeti. In late afternoon proceed to Central Serengeti SERENGETI SAMETU TENTED CAMP (KARIBU CAMPS AND LODGES)

DAY 5 Full day game drive in Serengeti National Park.

Cancellation policy:
- All cancellations must be received in writing.
- Cancellations received between the date of booking and 60 days prior to arrival will result in the loss of the deposit.
- Cancellations received 59 – 31 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of the tour price.
- Cancellations received 30 – 0 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge of 100% of the tour price.
- Cancellation of airline tickets will be subject to the refund policy of each individual Airline, particularly when low cost/net based fare are used. Please note most air tickets are 100% non-refundable (fare(s) and tax(es)).
- The purchase of special event tickets is subject to the refund policy of each individual event. Please refer to the specific event policy for details.
- Nature Responsible Safari company reserve the right to charge for financial penalties, fees and losses incurred as a result of cancellation.
Payment Information
1. DEPOSIT.
In order to reserve services, a non-refundable initial deposit of $500.00 per person is due by October 31, 2024. No space is currently being held.
2. ALTERNATE PAYMENT METHODS.
Forms of payment can be used (i.e. credit cards).
- Payments made via credit card may incur up to a 4% fee.
- Alternative payment method include Zelle and CashApp.
At times, additional deposits may be required for your arrangements and at times this information may be advised after initial quote or confirmation. If applicable, we will advise you as soon as we are made aware of this by the supplier.
4. FINAL PAYMENT
Final payment is due no later than 60 days prior to departure = July 14, 2025. Electronic travel documents are sent out approximately 30 days prior to departure.
The above are our normal final payment terms; however certain arrangements may require the balance of payment earlier.
