Reminders:

To be considered a part of Michelle and Jack’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). Michelle and Jack have secured contracted group rates and they will incur penalties for any guest that books outside of this room block.

 

  • Individual reservations booked outside the room block, may have to purchase a wedding guest pass to attend event(s).
  • Specific buildings, specific rooms, specific views, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.
  • Secrets Moxché is strictly 18+. Based on age at time of check-in.
  • If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to modify the length of your stay or upgrade your room to any category of the hotel please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability.
  • Some rooms with a partial ocean view from the patio/balcony may be categorized as Ocean View rooms.
  • August 20th, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
  • Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.

Michelle y Jack han asegurado tarifas grupales y podrían incurrir en penalizaciones si algún invitado reserva fuera de este bloque.

  • Algunas habitaciones con vista parcial al mar desde el balcón o terraza pueden clasificarse como habitaciones con vista al mar.
  • El 20 de agosto de 2026 es la fecha límite para reasignar habitaciones a otro nombre o modificar las fechas reservadas.
  • Es posible realizar cambios en la categoría de habitación; sin embargo, los tiempos de respuesta por parte del hotel pueden tardar varias semanas. Se recomienda elegir la categoría de habitación con la mayor precisión posible.
 
 
 

Cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel your reservation before May 15th, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. You can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
  • Between May 15th, 2026 and June 25th, 2026 any cancelled room nights will be charged at 20%
  • Between June 25th, 2026 and July 25th, 2026 any cancelled room nights will be charged at 40%
  • If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after July 25th, 2026 you are responsible for 100% of your original room total. 
 

A 3 night minimum is required.

If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for refunds based on their terms.

Secrets Moxché will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Secrets Moxché and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Secrets Moxché.

 

Política de cancelación:

  • Si cancelas tu reservación antes del 15 de mayo de 2026, únicamente serás responsable del depósito no reembolsable de $300 por habitación que pagaste al momento de reservar. Hasta esta fecha, también puedes reducir el número de noches de tu estancia (manteniendo el mínimo de 3 noches).
  • Entre el 15 de mayo de 2026 y el 25 de junio de 2026, cualquier noche cancelada tendrá un cargo del 20%.
  • Entre el 25 de junio de 2026 y el 25 de julio de 2026, cualquier noche cancelada tendrá un cargo del 40%.
  • Si cancelas tu reservación, no te presentas (no-show) o reduces el número de noches o de huéspedes después del 25 de julio de 2026, serás responsable del 100% del total original de tu habitación.
 

Se requiere una estancia mínima de 3 noches.

Si cuentas con seguro de viaje, podrás presentar una reclamación para reembolsos conforme a sus términos.

Secrets Moxché no otorgará créditos ni vouchers para futuras estancias si llegas después de tu fecha programada de llegada, si haces check-out anticipado o si no viajas en las fechas seleccionadas por cualquier motivo.
