Travel Protection
Prior to finalizing your deposit, we extend the option of securing travel protection for your upcoming trip. We offer a Cancel For Any Reason plan, where you can choose a cash back option (minus the cost of insurance) or a travel credit option (minus the cost of insurance). Pricing will depend on your total trip cost, but can range anywhere from $79.99 to $289 per person.
A dedicated section is provided at the bottom of the booking form for indicating your preference regarding this coverage and details about the coverage offered. All room deposits are non-refundable regardless if insurance protection is taken or not.
Travel protection will be offered at time of booking. It is up to the guests should they wish to have travel protection to possibly protect their payments beyond the deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICIES: ALL PAYMENTS ARE 100% NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER FINAL PAYMENT UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. Please consider Travel Protection to protect your vacation investment. In the unfortunate incident that a traveler needs to cancel their reservation, cancellation requests must be received in writing and sent to weddings@designourtravel.com Upon receipt, we will review and reply with a confirmation of your cancellation. A cancellation confirmation will be provided to the traveler for any potential travel insurance claims they may need to submit.

CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS: Any changes made to your existing room reservation are subject to the current rates, promotions, and terms at the time of the change. If the number of individuals occupying a room changes, the remaining travelers will be responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of the change in the per-person occupancy rate. If a traveler makes changes to their reservation, an administrative processing fee of $50 will be assessed in addition to any travel supplier fees/penalties. This processing fee is to cover our time spent processing your reservation change. This fee is per change and will double to $100 for changes made within 30 days of travel. Fee must be paid prior to change being completed by Design Our Travel® LLC.

Important payment due dates
$300 per room non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking if you are choosing accommodations only.
$100 additional deposit per person if you are including the roundtrip, non-stop flights out of Pittsburgh.
If you would like us to add on different flights to your reservation, deposit will vary. Please reach out to us at weddings@designourtravel.com.
Final payment is due on February 9, 2026
*If payments are not received by the due date, your reservation is subject to cancellation. Design Our Travel® LLC is not responsible for cancellations due to payments made after the due date. All reservations are subject to cancellation and hotel penalties as described above if final payment is not received on the due date.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT FLIGHTS
If you are booking flights on your own, please do NOT book your fights until you have received a confirmation email from Design Our Travel® with your reservation number and paid receipt for your deposit for your accommodations. We have to confirm your dates requested and manually submit your payment in order to finalize your reservation.
IMPORTANT DETAILS ABOUT COMPLETING YOUR RESERVATIONS
Please enter your legal name(s) EXACTLY as it appears on your valid passport to complete your booking you must have all names of parties included in your room.
Your passport number is NOT required to book your room or flight. Your boarding pass must match your Legal name on your passport. Your passport must have at least 6 months of validity from the time you are to return from your trip. Please be sure you have a passport book, NOT a passport card.
Please note every field marked with an asterisk (*) is required and you will not be able to submit the form without ALL mandatory (*) fields properly completed. Design Our Travel® is not liable if the information is not entered correctly.
Submitting information via the reservation form does not automatically confirm your reservation, or charge your credit card. Your dedicated Wedding Team will process the reservation/payment & email you a confirmation invoice within 1 business day.
Our Business Hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Closed on Weekends and Major Holidays).
Once your booking form is submitted you will see a Thank You pop-up box confirming your submission.
It is your responsibility to review the invoice terms and conditions upon receipt to ensure 100% accuracy. Please check thoroughly for any discrepancies or errors. Design Our Travel® is NOT responsible for errors or any fees associated with necessary changes after 24hrs of receipt.

Can we add on extra nights? Please let us know at time of booking if you would like to add on additional nights to your stay. You can email us at weddings@designourtravel.com
Do you offer payment plans? Yes! Take advantage of our flexible payment plan where you don't have to pay all at once! It's interest-free. everyone will receive monthly reminders letting you know that if you'd like to make a payment towards your reservation, you can.
Do you take cash or check for payments? No, Design Our Travel® LLC does not accept cash, checks, or money orders at this time. We do accept credit and debit cards; please keep in mind that some debit cards have a daily limit.
How will I receive my final travel documents? All wedding guests will receive a copy of their final travel documents electronically via email approximately 30 days prior to departure
