Registration for the conference is only $250 for attendees and $150 for guests. Your registration fee is included in the discounted cabin rates provided below.

Deposit Requirements:
All cabins require a nonrefundable $200 deposit per person.
Payment Plan policy:
All reservations must either pay in full at time of booking OR participate in a monthly payment plan. For those not paying in full, once initial deposit is processed all participants will be provided with their monthly payment schedule.
Payments will be processed on the 10th of each month. All participants will be able to update their credit card information up until the 5th of each month for that month's payment.
Any payments that are not able to be processed due to payment being declined will be subject to a $25 per occurrence fee. ALL FINAL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE NO LATER THAN MARCH 20, 2024 OR THE BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations made prior to March 15, 2024 will be refunded to their original form of payment, minus the nonrefundable deposit.
Cancellations made after March 15, 2024 are subject to the following penalties:
- March 16-April 15, 2024 - 50% per passenger PLUS nonrefundable deposit
- April 16-May 15, 2024 - 75% per passenger PLUS nonrefundable deposit
- May 16, 2024 or later - 100% per passenger
Travel Protection policy:
Foster Perry Travel encourages all of our clients to purchase travel insurance to protect their vacation. The travel protection offered by Royal Caribbean will be automatically added to your reservation upon booking. You may opt out of the travel insurance by submitting the form available here.
