Live from Chiang Mai, Thailand: Making Traditional Thai Khao Soi

Khao Soi is a creamy Thai coconut curry with thick wonton noodles, garnished with deep-fried noodles, shallots, roasted
chili oil,
and pickled mustard greens. It's a famous dish in northern Thailand!

About our host: Rachel is a cooking instructor at Grandma's Home Cooking School in Thailand. Her school received 5-star
reviews from TripAdvisor, and she's welcomed more than 3,000 guests. Her passion for cooking Thai food started when she
was a little girl, playing in the kitchen with her grandma. She took the Royal Thai Culinary Course in Bangkok and opened
her cooking school in the small, charming Thai village of Saraphi, Chiang Mai.
