A non-refundable deposit of$100-200 per room is required to book your spot and secure your rate. Rates & availability are subject to change until a deposit is paid. Deposits are due immediately
When signing up you will need the date of birth, legal name as shown on passport or id, telephone number and email address. The total shown on the invoice will be the room total.
When booking your reservation you can opt to pay in full or make 4 monthly payments. The final payment due is October 5th, 2025.
Name Changes: Changes to names can be made for a fee of $75.
