By submitting payment to Intentional Travels TA, I authorize Intentional Travels TA to charge the credit card or bank account listed on this invoice for the total amount specified as of today's date. This payment covers the services detailed in the booking, and I understand that all payments made to Intentional Travels are subject to the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
32 The Contractor shall communicate all cancellation and refund policies to prospective and confirmed guests at the time of booking.
a) All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
b) In the event of a guest cancellation, the standard service charge of 5% to 7.5% as initially communicated to each confirmed guest, will be deducted from the total amount paid before calculating any eligible refund:
i. 25% deduction for cancellations made on or before December 14, 2025
ii. 50% deduction for cancellations made from December 15, 2025 to February 14, 2026
iii. 75% deduction for cancellations made from February 15, 2026 to March 14, 2026
iv. 100% deduction (no refund) for cancellations made on or after March 15, 2026.
I confirm that I am an authorized user of the payment method provided and that I will not initiate a chargeback, dispute, or reversal with my credit card company or bank, as long as the transaction aligns with the services and amount indicated in this invoice.
I acknowledge that Intentional Travels TA will not be held liable for any circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to cancellations, changes, or delays caused by airlines, hotels, travel suppliers, or unforeseen events. I agree to these terms and conditions without exception.
