Payment Schedule

To help us finalize the Bookish Cruise guest list and event plans, reservations must remain current according to the following payment schedule:

  • $100/person deposit due at booking
  • 50% of your total reservation balance due February 1, 2027
  • Remaining balance due April 5, 2027
 

Additional payments may be made at any time. Reservations that do not remain current according to this schedule may be cancelled so the stateroom can be offered to another guest.

Monday, July 19

Port Canaveral, Florida

Board Utopia of the Seas, settle into your stateroom, and join us for our Bookish Cruise welcome event as we kick off an unforgettable week together.

Tuesday, July 20

Nassau, Bahamas

Explore the colorful streets of Nassau, relax on the beach, or choose one of Royal Caribbean’s exciting shore excursions. Additional Bookish Cruise activities will also be held onboard.

Wednesday, July 21

Perfect Day at CocoCay

Spend the day enjoying Royal Caribbean’s private island, from beautiful beaches and Oasis Lagoon to Thrill Waterpark and more. Bookish Cruise gatherings will be scheduled around our time ashore.

Thursday, July 22

At Sea

Enjoy a full day of exclusive Bookish Cruise experiences. Attend author sessions, connect with fellow readers, relax with a book, or explore everything Utopia of the Seas has to offer.

Friday, July 23

Port Canaveral, Florida

Enjoy breakfast onboard before disembarking with unforgettable memories, new friendships, and probably a few more books on your reading list.

A detailed schedule of Bookish Cruise events will be shared with registered guests closer to sailing.

Travel Protection

Travel protection is optional but strongly recommended. Pricing and coverage vary based on your reservation.

If you would like to add travel protection, please select that option during booking or contact us for assistance. We recommend purchasing coverage as early as possible because certain benefits may only be available when protection is purchased within a specific period after your initial deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges are determined by the date your cancellation request is received:

  • May 5, 2027, or earlier: No cancellation charge, except for any nonrefundable deposit
  • May 6–19, 2027: 50% of the total cruise price per guest
  • May 20–June 18, 2027: 75% of the total cruise price per guest
  • June 19, 2027, or later: 100% of the total cruise price per guest

Any Bookish Cruise-specific fees identified as nonrefundable at booking will remain nonrefundable. Travel protection premiums, airfare, hotels, and other independently booked travel arrangements may be subject to separate cancellation policies.
