The air is separate. Flights must depart after 2:30 pm on the 1st or 5th. Otherwise an overnight will be required.
The extension is October 1 - 5, and is $1995 for a double and $2695 single.

There are a few optional excursions listed on the itinerary link, If it has a price it is optional, if there is not a price listed everything is included that is mentioned.
Additional costs are lunches and dinners, tips for guides, spending money, airfare, and travel insurance,
Deposit is 30%, and is refundable until May 30. That is $900 for a double and $1215 for a single for the main trip, and $600/double and $800/single for the extension.
Here is the schedule of deadlines:
5/15 Informational Zoom Meeting 5:30 pm
5/30 Deadline to receive refund on Deposit, non-refundable after that
7/15 Final Payment Date, Non refundable after that
Travel Insurance is mandatory and will cover cancellations for medical issues of you or your immediate family that will keep you from travelling. Options with or without air, so that if you use points or don't mind not getting the air refunded (will be a credit good for a year) you can opt out.
Insurance will be added at time of final payment. Prices are as follows, including air. Subtract $90 if not covering air:
Double Occupancy 7 day trip $339 Double Occupancy 11 day trip $472
Single Occupancy 7 day trip $404 Single Occupancy 11 day trip $599
You can add the optional excursions now but you won't be charged yet. Just the deposits for the main trip and extended days.
BOOKING FORM IS BELOW. PLEASE FILL OUT FOR "ONE TRAVELLER" FOR YOURSELF, AND HAVE EACH TRAVELLER FILL OUT THEIR OWN. THERE IS A PLACE TO NOTATE YOUR ROOMATE.
Please note that you will need a current passport with 3 months of validity left on it to enter Greece.
