Important Information:
  

At check-in, you will be asked to provide a valid credit card and either your passport or a government-issued ID. The credit cardholder must be present at check-in, or a complete credit card authorization form must be provided. Your credit card will be charged a security deposit of $200 USD or an amount the resort deems necessary, which will be refunded at check-out if no charges are incurred. Before checking out, stop by the front desk to verify any room charges and sign your final receipt.

According to the Finance Law of the Municipality of Benito Juarez, all customers must pay the Environmental Sanitation fee directly at the resort, at $ 76.00 MXN ($4.00) per room or suite per night. Payment will be subject to the daily exchange rate based on the US dollar rate and the Mexican peso exchange rate (this fee is not included in the quoted price). Fees are subject to change.

Initial Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of $100 per person is required at registration to secure your spot.

Reservation Details

  • Individual Booking: When booking your spot, ensure that you complete your registration for yourself only. If you're arranging travel with a friend, each party should make a separate booking, unless you are a couple paying together.
  • Roommates: If you have a preferred roommate, make separate reservations and mention your roommate's name on the registration form.
  • Confirmation: Your trip is officially confirmed once we receive your completed Travel Registration and the required deposit.

Payment Information

  • Monthly Payments: Monthly payments are necessary to maintain your reservation. Staying up to date with payments will ensure there are no disruptions to your booking.
  • Communication: If you anticipate any difficulty making a payment, contact us within 60 days of the next payment deadline to avoid your reservation being automatically canceled.
  • Final Payment Due: August 14, 2026. Please note that no extensions will be granted beyond this date.

Additional Requirements

  • Passport: A valid passport is required to travel. It must be valid for at least six months after your return date and have two blank pages. Some countries may not let you enter. 

Processing Fees

  • The published price includes the card processing fee.

Booking Confirmation

Once we receive your deposit and complete the Travel Registration Policy, your booking will be confirmed via email. As your travel dates approach, additional details, including your itinerary and preparation tips, will follow.

Cancellation policy

THIS TRIP IS 100% NONREFUNDABLE

All payments, including but not limited to deposits, trip payments, late fees, cancellation fees, service fees, and convenience fees, are nonrefundable. This applies under all circumstances, with no exceptions.

Failure to submit payments by the due date may result in the cancellation of your reservation. Xscape With Me Travel will not hold any reservation without proper payment. If final payments are not received by the due date, your trip will be canceled, and all payments will be forfeited.

Travel Insurance:
Travelers are responsible for protecting their purchase, and travel insurance is strongly recommended. Travelers are advised to obtain suitable insurance coverage to protect against potential risks. Insurance options will be offered at registration.

Missing a vacation is disappointing; losing your paid money makes it worse. We highly recommend travel insurance, which covers trip cancellations, interruptions, baggage loss or delays, medical expenses, and more. We’re here to assist you with purchasing travel insurance. If you choose not to buy travel insurance through our vendor, you must sign an insurance waiver form.

Without travel insurance, you agree that if you cancel or interrupt travel for any reason, all payments made to Xscape With Me Travel without travel protections will not be refunded. Xscape With Me Travel is not qualified to answer technical questions about benefits, exclusions, or conditions of any insurance policy or to evaluate the adequacy of any existing insurance coverage.

If you purchased travel insurance through Xscape With Me Travel, please contact the number listed on your policy to submit a claim.

By registering for this trip and making payments, you agree to Xscape With Me Travel's Terms and Conditions (review the full terms here).
 
  • Name Changes: Name changes to a reservation are permitted before the final payment deadline. After the final payment, a $150 fee applies, plus any applicable vendor-specific charges. 
  • A valid passport book with at least 6 months of remaining validity is required for international travel (the passport cannot expire within 6 months of your trip's end). Passengers may be denied boarding at their own expense if their passports are not valid.
  • Flight details MUST be submitted on or before September 1, 2026; otherwise, they will be considered late. The traveler will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the airport.
  • You will receive a final booking confirmation seven days before departure.
