What's not included and required by guests:

• Authentic Travel Connections has a cancellation policy in place. If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, there's a $200 penalty.  If you have insurance, you'll get your refund minus the insurance cost and the $200 cancellation fee from Authentic Travel Connections.

• Travel Protection Insurance but is Highly recommended.
• All of your payments are non-refundable without travel protection and non-transferable.
• Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government issued PASSPORT.
• Monthly Payments are required to keep your reservations current.
• You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
